Golden Nozzle Car Wash

I have a 6 month unlimited pass , I go there often but never again. the first experience was it bent my plate and cover so i ordered a new front speciality plate . but my last visit last week my mirror got ripped off the passenger side ! i had been the day before and it was fine . the workers had helped me tape it up , the worker gave me information to file a incident report within 48 hrs I did it when I got back . a district mgr Shaun called me the next day and said he would look at footage and call me the next day . He made the worker call me to of course say no we aren't responsible as there where no incidents reported that day. ?? I was there incident and they refused to show me the footage . the worker saw the tape and said he saw my mirror intact while entering and felt bad but that's how they are with taking responsibilty to manufacture parts . Dont waste your time with corporate if they call you back they stick to the DM response . they offer you an extra month ?? I would never ever go back there . if you value your car stay far far away or find a touch less wash this place is absolutely the worst . there policy about market parts in contract they cover is a crock of s**t

If I could give this car wash negative star review I would. Business refuses to fix my mirror that the car wash had broken it is a 250$ fix for my vehicle I've called multiple times and have been ghosted by the manager multiple times to try and get my mirror fixed it is in the signed agrement contract from the carwash for the monthly subscription saying that if the carwash breaks anything on your vehicle that is from the factory part that they are responsible to fix it if it breaks. Now I'm stuck with a broken mirror from the car wash so if you value your cars and being able to see out of your mirrors then don't come here.

I have still been playing phone tag with "owner" of the store. The manager called me with a nasty attitude about my broken mirror and how they are not reaponsable for it breaking and are now refusing to fix it. They where extremely nasty and rude towards me the whole time
SO IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR AND BEING ABLE TO USE ANY OF YOUR OUTSIDE MIRRORS DO NOT COME HERE
