Tony's Towing

Worst place ever, very unprofessional and rude! No kind of office, handled everything while they sat in the car. Giving me change out their wallets like they were pocketing the money.

Using a tow service is never fun - it almost always means that you're having a bad day in one way or another. We're calling them when we're already having a bad day and probably in a bad mood. Such was the case when I was introduced to Tony's Towing.

I'd had a long, hard day at work and so when I went to start my car and nothing happened, I was very upset. I called my roadside assistance service and they dispatched a tow truck to me through Tony's. The driver, Dalton, was helpful and friendly which always makes the situation easier. He was kind enough to give me (and my car) a ride all the way back to New Orleans (I was in Luling) and provided me with the name of a good mechanic that wouldn't screw me over.

I would definitely call Tony's Towing if I ever needed their services again (though I hope I don't!). The prompt, friendly service makes all the difference in the world.
