Since I've moved here from Hawaii about 5 years ago, I've had a hard time finding someone who could cut my hair the way I wanted to.
My grandma moved here from Hawaii recently and took a chance at Regis Salon. She's been getting her hair cut by Crissy and it looks great every time. So I decided, why not take a chance?
I originally booked my appointment with Crissy but there had been some scheduling issues so I was passed off to Lisa. Being that I was desperate to cut my hair because I haven't cut my hair for a year, obviously afraid that someone might let me down, I was a little skeptical.
THAT ALL CHANGED. Lisa is freaking AMAZING. She asked me what my previous stylist did that I didn't like and really listened to exactly what I wanted.
Having a great haircut is important. And although I am not my hair, looking presentable is what I always want. Lisa cut my hair exactly how I wanted. She's knowledgeable, personable, and so so SO helpful!
If you want someone to cut your hair how you would like it and have a good time doing it, GO TO LISA! I should've gotten a before and after pic but my here's the picture my grandma took.
LISA IS FREAKING AMAZING!! Great prices, spot on haircuts, and even though people think that mall salons aren't good, Lisa really changed my mind on that. I already have my next appointment booked;) I can't thank you enough Lisa!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Katie K.Las Vegas, NV378165May 1, 2016
I take my three year old daughter here for "lady dates." We get our hair washed and cut hen go to the playground inside the mall. We have both had several stylists work on us over the past few months and have no complaints. We both have pixie cuts, hers is traditional and mine is asymmetrical and those are pretty easy to screw up but we leave feeling and looking good every time. Not all salons are great about working with kids but they do a good job of treating her like a human. We'll keep coming back.
Be sure to "check-in" because you can get coupons while you are there.
We have also gone with and without appointments and have been seen quickly either way.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - crystle n.Las Vegas, NV29179Jan 4, 2019
I wish I had the name with me of the amazing 19 year old who fixed my hair here. I had the salon upstairs ruin my hair so badly dying it and cut it so horribly I was amazed she could make me look feminine or that she had enough hair to do what she did. I will be going back for sure! Thank you I'm forever grateful

200.00 for a cut and color with tip. I have pixie short hair and he didn't even clip my neck. Too busy bs with co-workers. Horrible experience.

----5 STARS!!!!
This is THE WORST place I have ever had my hair done!!! I travel frequently for work and went to this place on a whim....the "hair dresser" that I was unlucky enough to get stuck with had nice hair so I thought maybe she would do a good job even though she had only been out of beauty school 4 months...
Anyway, I explained I had an event to go to at 7 so I needed to be done by 6(it was 2:00 when I got there) I explained that I wanted some low lights and highlights and my hair blow dried and straightened with a flat iron. She agreed I would be done by 6 and she could do the job, and gave me a price. What a nightmare! She was sooo slow it was 5:15 and she was still putting foils in my hair! Finally another lady came to help her.
She over processed my hair, the color was WAY too dark and I finally told her at 5:45 to just rinse my hair and I would finish it at home...
The only consolation was that she didn't charge me full price... I told her I would be back in a few days so she could fix it but I never returned...she doesn't know what she is doing so how could she her poor work....
Fair warning....don't go there!!!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Abbie R.Auburn, WA02Sep 13, 2017
This is a very expensive place to receive an everyday hair cut. Extremely over priced and people were lacking experience. I was very disappointed in the place. And I will never be going back.

Decided to give Regis a try and was not disappointed. I wanted a few layers put in and Hannah did exactly what I wanted. I also had her add some purple highlights and I love the way she did them. Very subtle. Will definitely be going back to Hannah again.

If there was an option to review without any stars this would be a great case. I was very upset and chose to not tell her how I felt. I went in for a brow wax and came out with thin uneven eyebrows. I was very specific that I just wanted a clean up and did not want the actual eye brow messed with. When I looked at them I noticed half my eyebrow was missing. The woman tried to tell me that I was not looking at them correctly. How can you employ or authorize someone to do a service they cannot perform? I will never ever walk into Regis again. Biggest mistake ever.
**side note: i was washing my face and my left eyelid burned, i looked in the mirror and saw that either i have a burn or my skin was lifted. Seriously? Shitty eyebrows and now skin missing??Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Alyson S.Las Vegas, NV27325Aug 14, 2011First to Review
Haircuts are my worst fear. If I had a dollar for ever haircut that made me cry...
I have been going to this salon for 3 years now and haven't cried once! My hair stylist is by far the best I have EVER had. Melissa is professional, she listens, and she takes her time!! I don't trust me hair to anyone but her and you can find her here. It's worth it!! She's worth it!!
I find myself walking quickly threw the mall, not much left in it anymore, but the salon is clean and the staff professional.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lia B.Las Vegas, NV212213533Mar 7, 2013
I sad that another of my favorite hair-stylists has gone away :(
My friend recommended me to come here because she loved her stylist & I wanted to put some highlights & color on my hair.
& wow did i love it. She listened to what I wanted and always knew what look great on me. I would come back for re-touches and this time I told her I wanted it lighter plus wanted my hair a lighter brown. She did an amazing job and I loved the way it looked. I had many compliments about my hair. In addition, she gave me a great price it was $90 for color & a haircut. For those, who knows how long my hair is and how thick it is I knew she was giving me one hell of a great deal. Before I would always get charged around $175-$250 for my hair.
When i did highlights, I think she charged me about $60-70? I forgot how much it was it has been a while since I highlighted my hair.
Yet, she has left and I am still in search for a new hairstylist.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
