These people really disappointed me! I ordered a bouquet for a friend in the hospital. I got a confirmation at 11:50 in the morning with same day delivery confirmed. At 2:20 pm I got a cancellation notice - no reason given except unable to fill the order. By then it was too late to find same day service from another florist.

My husband got an email offering 20% off a valentines bouquet this year 2018. So being out of the country he had to do it online.
The next day I got a call asking for him...which basically ruined my surprise.
Long story short! That call was tell him that they are not honoring that discount that was offered by a company they do business with. They said they sent him and email, which he never received.
After looking at my credit card statement, I noticed that we were not given the discount. I have called numerous times and was told that they would refund us for the discount.
It is now the end of March and still NO refund!
Paid $100 for a lousy bunch of flowers that probably cost them $10 if even that.
I do not recommend this florist!

Minus ten stars, ordered a Bonsai Money Tree for son's new office. A tall tree in square ceramic vase with rocks. What was delivered was a cheap horrible substitutes PLANT a Dracena Limelight in a disgusting cheap small basket. They won't answer phone to make it right. Stay away from this florist who substitutes with cheap plants when you pay top dollar for a TREE. Heard from another.. KNOWN TO BAIT AND SWITCH WITH SOMETHING CHEAPER... DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

Carol I am sorry you weren't happy but we offered to replace it on Tuesday When we had more money trees in, as we sold out of them quickly. Your order said another plant was acceptable.

WORST customer service ever. When you call the shop, you get their answering service, not directly in the shop. I placed an order, upon receipt of the confirmation, the address of the recipient was wrong, the message was wrong, the item number was wrong, the name of the recipient was wrong. I called to correct the problem and they could not call up my order, even with a confirmation number. I asked to cancel my order. This was yesterday around 11:00am. I have called four times requesting a cancelation confirmation call back. No one has called back. I called my CC company and alerted them to a potential charge and the amount and that it will be fraudulent because I canceled the order. I emailed the florist at their yahoo email and still no response. If you want to be jerked around by an in competent answering service and zero customer service then this is the place for you.
I hope they see this review and get the message that I CANCELED MY ORDER!

This Colorado Springs Florist is a CROOK!!! DO NOT USE!
The flowers I ordered did not get delivered to the intended recipient per my request, the delivery was canceled. HOWEVER this POS flower shop has charged my CC $62.00. Stay away! The last thing I want to do is complain, but please understand that these people can and will rip you off. The roses are extremely limp, the daisies are browning and look like they've been plucked, the whole arrangement is overall thin. I cannot believe this place is in business. But I know how they survive, for they charged my boyfriend left and right for all different types of delivery fees. And they showed up after the time frame he gave them which was printed on my memo card?? Would you be satisfied if you paid $80.00 for a small bowl of brown flowers?

Had my Mother's Day flowers delivered to me today from this floral shop. The delivery driver was very nice. My flowers are absolutely gorgeous! Very happy with my arrangement. Made my day. I Would order from them again and recommend them.

Ordered from here Monday (10/1) for a flower delivery happening on Thursday. Called later Monday to change the delivery date because the event was occurring on Thursday so I wanted them for Wednesday instead. Lady said no problem. Wednesday passed and the person I ordered them for didn't get them. I called and a new lady said she couldn't confirm or deny that the flowers had been delivered? Said someone would call me first thing today. I received no call. Today is Thursday, it's the afternoon and they still haven't been delivered. I'm very unhappy given the cost involved and the lies I was told. I would call and ask for my money back but I don't think they would actually refund me.
This is some of the worst customers service I have ever encountered. They responded to my review on google and essentially told me I was crazy. Unbelievable. Would never recommend them to anyone! I also called yet again because I was charged twice for the order. Said accounting would get back to me later, confirmed my phone number and everything. A five star establishment. They were able to do my flower order last minute. By last minute I mean, I'm getting married at 11:30 and came in at 9 am for the flowers. The people are incredibly friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone who needs flowers in the area. It's worth it. 10/10.

FAILED TO DELIVER ARRANGEMENT ON MOTHER'S DAY... OR AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER
I ordered flowers for my mother using the web-portal. I ordered flowers and a stuffed animal; total price ~$70. I received an order confirmation email on May 7th, 2018. On May 12th, I received a delivery confirmation by email. On May 13th, I spoke with my mother at which time I found out she had not received the flowers.
I called the florist number immediately after speaking with my mother and talked with the florist's after-hours customer care. I explained the situation and asked for the flowers to be delivered. I contacted my mother and asked her to tell me if the flowers arrived before May 15th.
On May 15th, my mother informed me that she had not received the flowers. I again called the florist number and was only able to reach the after-hours customer care. I explained the situation and asked for a refund due to non-delivery of the flower package.
On May 16th, the florist called while I was at work at left a voice message. They explained they their records show that the flower package was left at ~3:30 p.m. on May 12. They also explained that they called and left a message on my mother's voicemail. The florist also informed me (on the voicemail) that they would be closed until Monday, May 21st.
I contacted my mother and found that she returned home between 3:45-4:00 p.m. on May 12, and that she had received no voicemail from the florist at any time. I reconfirmed that the delivery address was correct on my order confirmation email.
On May 22nd, I called the florist during business hours (~10:00 a.m.), but once again was only able to get a hold of the after-hours/overflow-call customer service. I once again explained the situation. I asked the customer service representative to tell the florist that I wanted to either to receive a refund or that I would contact the BBB and CO's AG, and that I would file a complaint.
It is now the evening of May 22nd. I have received no contact or attempted contact from the florist, either by email or by phone. Despite my efforts, I have never been able to speak with someone who actually works at the florist shop, and I have only been able to speak with the after-hours customer care representatives.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
