      Who says they trust their car salesman implicitly? I do! I first met Mike Shakro in 2018 when I bought my Toyota Tundra. My experience was so good that when I needed a Camry this year, I went back to Mike even though I now live in California! Mike was there for me every step of the way. I have my Camry now and I love it!
      Kudos are also much-deserved for Mao Pascarelli in the finance department. She has consistently gone the extra mile for me so that my car payments will be more than fair.
      Overall, no matter where I go, anytime I need a car, I'm calling Greentree Toyota and I'm telling my friends to do the same.

      Service center is double the price compared to going to a trusted mechanic, and if you want to buy a new car go somewhere else that doesn't do Dealer Markups upwards of $5,000-$10,000 above MSRP.

      Good morning, 


      My wife and I have been using Toyota Service Centers for years. My locks stopped working on my vehicle so I took it in to Greentree Toyota. When I took it in I was assisted by Mike. I made the appointment online with all details. I told Mike the doors sometimes do not work and the back hatch always does not work. They ran diagnostics and determined my brakes also need replacing. Mike did not seem to be listening closely but at the end he said no problem. They took the car and fixed the brakes but told me they were going to need to order the parts to fix the doors. They fixed the brakes and the brakes were squeaking very bad even when not braking so I figured I would just bring that up when I bring it back. I brought my car back and it took about a day, but then Mike called saying it is all done. I also asked if the brakes were looked at and he said yes. I got to the dealership after 6PM so it was closed and went to immediately check the back hatch and it was not working. I was told by Toyota that all work is guaranteed for a year so I figured no big deal. A waste of my time but we will get it fixed. I called and Mike said it was fine to drop it back off. When I got there Mike seemed to be avoiding me and they made me meet with another service rep. They took my car in and all seemed fine, but then I received a call that it is going to cost me another $680 to fix the latch. I was quoted $1800 for the job and already paid it, but Mike claimed to not understand that was the issue despite it being in the notes of my appointment and communicated directly by me. He said it was working when the guys were working on it. That is entirely untrue, the latch door has not worked for at least 3 months and I checked it when I dropped it off and when I picked it up. The only lock I really cared about was the latch lock. I have two young special needs children that I need to take food shopping with me a lot of the time and I have no where to store anything. So this is the last time I am going to use Toyota for service unless I am fully refunded for the incomplete job. That is supposed to be the guarantee and incompetence is not an excuse for that.

      Do not do buisness here the good reviews are probably people who just bought a brand new car. The service department are liars and you better becareful buying used cars.

      Very unreliable dealership. After speaking on the phone a rep said they had the car I wanted in the lot. All I had to do was put a holding deposit and then come in within a few days and finish up the rest. I gave my CC information;. the rep said they had to double check a few things with the boss but took down all the necessary info. Later that evening I got a phone call and was told that unfortunately I wouldn't be able to get the car because the previous rep didn't realize that the car was already reserved for another buyer. Needless to say this was very upsetting! Luckily I found another dealership that was able to come through.

      I have bought so many cars from Mike at Greentree Toyota over 20 years that I have lost count - I would not buy a Toyota from any other dealer in CT. Best guys and best service around, can't be beat! Thanks again Guys, loving the Sienna. Cheers

      Beware of "Safety Check". When buying out a Lease they urge you get a "Safety Check" to ensure your vehicle is safe for purchase. This isn't a requirement to purchase the vehicle!! Don't let them fool you.

      I purchased my first Toyota from them and had the car serviced there consistently for the 13 years I had owned it.

      Went back because it was time to purchase a new car and we wanted to trade in our old Toyota. We had it looked at by service because there had been some recent problems. We were honest about the car and the used car manager offered us $500. The salesperson advised me of this and I asked for $1000 and we would have a deal. One week later I still have not heard back from the dealership.

      In that time I have sold my car on Vroom for $5700 disclosing everything that was on the most recent service record. I have also purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that is much nicer than the car I was planning to get at Toyota.

      We were loyal to them but in the end they were not loyal to us. They have lost our business and trust.
