Pizza Hut

I've been getting the same delivery guy every time I order and this time the bag where the drinks I order came in smelled like cigarettes and when I opened the drink where you put you're mouth smelled horrible !!! It's not good for
Me and my 2 year old

This specific location scared me enough to cancel my order. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe employees. The food I wish I had but not under unprofessional circumstances.



Update: delivery driver still showed up to my house after I asked him and the manger to cancel my order he shouldn't be driving. He banged on my door for 10 minutes on drugs and a while after he left he still calls back to say he brought me the pizza and left it at my door. I didn't pay I canceled it and wouldn't trust it. He was wobbling standing banging on my door. Never again! Promise I don't feel safe. I felt like I was in the twilight zone everyone one I talked to was creepy. From the drugged out deliver to the front person answering phones asking if I believe in god while I wait for the manager to talk to me to the manager that laughed at me. Just wow you can't make this up. I recorded the conversation just weird.

This pizza hut has 0 star service . I placed my order for 2 pizzas wings and bread sticks and not only did my food come over an hr after I placed my order but my wings and breadsticks look like they've been stepped on. Then I paid cash because over in my area The pizza hut comes faster when you pay cash because that's when they seem to care about your food. But I paid cash today and the lovely driver decided to ask if our bills were legitimate . Which I think was very disrespectful. None the less My food was smushed in the box . This is the second time I ordered from here and was disappointed. Ima finally put it to rest w my boyfriend and let him enjoy papa johns . Done Routing for Pizza Hut with service like this

We consistently get delicious pizza from this location. We've been ordering from here for about 5 years.
My husband likes super meaty pies and I typically get lots of veggies and sometimes one meat. Both thin crust and hand tossed are good just depends on our desire of the day. Stuffed crust is great too.

Kaitlin (I hope I spelled her name correctly) took my order and, later, was the one to bring it out for curbside pickup. She was fast, accurate, and friendly. My pizza order had a few special requests and it was made just like I wanted. As a vegan, I ordered the new Beyond Pizza Special. The vegan sausage was delicious. The veggies were fresh and tasty. The only drawback was that the thin-n-crispy crust we asked for was soft and doughy, not crispy at all. Other than the crust, the pizza was very good. Will definitely order again!

Best customer service ever 10 out of 10 will recommend .I would recommend the bacon,ham and pineapple pizza .

Poor poor poor service. Order pizza online for pickup got there to wait in a line. Waited 40 min past the time it was supposed to be ready. Manger not helping employees or customers. Walking around talking on his personal phone while the locations phone is ringing and ringing and ringing. To top it off when I got home with my pizza and wings the pizza was wrong and cold. Tried to call of course no answer. They definitely need a better management system

Just received a pizza ordered 1 1/2 hours ago. It is a total mess. Looks like the driver tossed it sideways on his floorboard! Now they aren't answering their phone...at 9:15! Guess I'll dispute the CC charge and reorder from someone else.

It's not even about the pizza. I just called 3/12/2020 at around noon. The guy that placed my order was so rude. Its funny how much of a difference calling another location was. I then called the Garland Pizza Hut, ordered the same thing and the guy there even gave me a coupon to lower the price on my order. I never complain but Plano Pizza Hut in shiloh needs to get people that will not be rude. Thanks

This location is a huge no go! I ordered a Pizza here, although dominos is my always go to, I had figured I'd try something different. I ordered my pizza at 8:52 through delivery, it didn't get here until 10:02. It was cold. The bread sticks were so burned my boyfriend thought they were cinnamon sticks. And instead of pizza sauce on my pizza it had bbq. I was so disgusted I politely drove the nasty shit back to the store, asked for my money back and went to get Jack in the box.
