Tammy provided the most beautiful flower arrangements for my moms funeral. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of flowers. I will be getting all my flowers from here from now on

This florist is my go to for all my floral needs. They have a great selection already made in their cooler. I always go there for their birdhouse arrangements which are priced great for what you get. Their arrangements are impressive and their staff very friendly. I recommend this place and rave about it to everyone I know. Good job Utica Florist, your arrangements always bring smiles no matter what occasion.

This florist has a beautiful selection of flowers and gift plants. Their arrangements are lovely and are reasonably priced. The service is friendly and accommodating. I walked in and chose a plant arrangement for a memorial service the next day. They added daisies to the greenery which was in a hand made wooden bird house holder. It was beautiful. I will do all my floral shopping at Utica Florist.

I called Utica Florist today, Friday 9/9/22 to order flowers for Tuesday, 9/13/22. I thought this was enough time to get a morning delivery. I said I needed my flowers delivered by noon, because that is the time my daughter would be leaving work. It is her 25th wedding anniversary.
The lady who spoke to me, had to keep putting me on hold so that she could go and talk to someone else about the delivery time. This florist opens at 9 a.m. I was calling 4 days in advance. Finally she comes back and say, we can't guarantee delivery before noon.
They lost a big order and I will let anyone that I know, not to deal with this florist.

If the person you're buying the flowers for, means that much to you, I WOULD BUY ELSEWHERE. Customer service here is horrible, specifically the manager. I was very disappointed after paying for my flowers to be delivered to my wife's workplace. I called Utica Florist to confirm arrive, as I was giving a time window during my purchase. I call Utica Florist a hour & half after the time frame in which the flowers should have been delivered. They indeed were not & I was told I'd have to come pick them up. I was then lied to as far as why they were not delivered yet. I proceed with taking the flowers because of course it was my wife's birthday & I wanted her to have flowers. I expressed my disappointment with management & was told "sorry not sorry."

Buy your love ones flowers elsewhere, if you love them.

Great buying experience, especially since I'm out of state! The arrangement is beautiful!! Got for my Dad who just had Heart Surgery. He loved it! I loved the ballon, stuffed animal, and chocolates add ons! I will use this Florist for the future! Thank you so much, it's so lovely! Exceeded expectations!

This florist is the absolute best in the area. I was sold several years ago... before I got married. I ordered a few flower arrangements for the hotel room after the wedding as a surprise for my new wife. I walked into this quaint florist and put in a request for arrangements using our wedding colors. I put a price on each arrangement. They delivered the flowers on time and... my goodness...the arrangements were absolutely amazing. That was 13 years ago.

I've been a regular patron at this florist since then. The service is really great and the selection is awesome. My entire experience has been limited to small orders with a maximum of about 1-2 different arrangements in a single order. I can't say much about large flower orders.

I cannot say enough good things about Utica Florist. They deliver their products on time and they use the finest of fancy foliage for their flower fabrications. The store is relatively small but always clean. There are plenty of varieties of arrangements to choose from. There's a cooler with some pre-made arrangements or you can have one custom made with the flowers they have on hand.

Seriously, come here and get flowers for your mother. She would really love them.

Absolute nightmare. Ordered flowers through online service to be delivered on the 8th of January. Never arrived. Called online service. Utica florist said they couldn't reach the recipient by phone. Recipient was home all day; never received a call. Gave online service two cell numbers Utica said they would deliver next day. End of day and still no flowers. Utica said they couldn't find the address. Address was correct and on a major road exactly 7.7 miles from Utica florist. Recipient even gave Utica directions. I looked up the direction on google and they were VERY easy to follow. Just one turn from the store and straight down the road. Called online service again, Utica again said they couldn't find it. Note: address was correct. Called online service and they said they will not use Utica again. I suggest you all do the same.

I ordered a $50 bouquet of flowers to be sent to my wife at her work they were absolutely able to take care of it no problem same-day delivery within just a few hours they did asked me what colors I liked. The amount of flowers or put inside the vase were not a $50 value. I could've got a bouquet of flowers from Kroger's for $15 that look like that. So with the vase Emma delivery it was $65 to have it delivered to my wife for her birthday. She was happy with the flowers for when she found out I spent $60 she knew as well as I did we were gypped! The next time I want to send flowers to my wife I will just go to one 800 flowers or I will go to Kroger's pick up my own flowers and deliver them myself which should be a savings of $45. I will never use this florist again.

Seriously the best priced, beautiful, friendly, floral place in all of metro detroit. By far the go to florist for any and all occasions! Never disappointed ever! The picture is from an unfortunate situation in a coworkers life but Utica florist turned into a beautiful moment with only a few words and thought given to them. They truly understand and know their customers and the feelings behind the arrangements. Thank you for always being my florist.
