I just got my haircut there with Kevin I think his name is and my hair cut was not even 7 min did a horrible job and I washed it at home and it's not even cut right and charged me 24.99 like what over priced when I walked in they were cutting hair on a mannequin
i will never return and was very rude not polite he does not like his job u can tell I will be calling corporate about this also

My go-to spot. Never hard to get an appt same-day (though it's best to avoid peak times like weekends and after work if you can). There's another place that's closer to me but they always booked and, in my experience, not any better the few times I went. Why wait when I can go a mile down the road and always get in the chair at Supercuts?

Cuts there are always quick yet quality. Staff is always professional. Today Dei was my stylist and she did a great job but everyone there is great.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I checked in online for 10:45 and walked in at 10:50 due to a little local traffic. The employee tells me to have a seat and then asks the other person sitting there if she has an appointment. She says she has one at 11. The employee then says "ok you can come over". We look at each other and then ask "which one of us?" She says "her" to which I reply "How does her 11 appointment come before my 10:45?" Her response was "because you were late". I walked out and will never step foot in another Supercuts.

They make it impossible to come here. Anytime you try to "call ahead" they give you a window of five hours later opening. Yet upon arrival they ask, "oh, you called ahead?" We reply we tried but you said there were no openings. This has happened on multiple occasions. Supercuts is known as "hair cut roulette" where you never now the cut your going to receive. After many attempts at this location specifically, we say good bye.

Scheduled an impromptu 12:30 appointment the morning of via their website. I got a wash, cut, and blow out and boy am I blown away by my hairdresser today. I told her I needed my dead ends gone (3-5 inches if needed) and a face frame with long layers. She gave me an excellent haircut and the blowout is perfect!

Covid Precautions: Appointments required. Temperature checked upon arrival. Masks required by staff and clients. Social distancing strictly enforced. Chairs sanitized between clients. Minimal occupancy.

the salon is wonderful! everyone is so friendly and professional! I have been going there for a few years and always walk out happy with my cut and blowout! I will not go anywhere else! I highly recommend this salon . all stylists are excellent

I went to get my roots done here and usually I get black from them. There was a man who helped me with my color and he asked me if I was going to do red again (????) and I told him no I usually do black only so he went to mix the color and it came out with red on top and black on the bottom. Not what I asked for and my friend who isn't licensed fixed my hair and did a way better job.

Kevin has always been a great stylist . I wouldn't go anywhere else. The other stylists are always friendly and welcoming as well.

They're just great. My whole family has been going there for years. Amanda, especially, is amazing!!! Not just for haircuts, but color as well. Fully recommend.
