Just Say No Medical Screening

Went here same day around noon. Staff was extremely friendly and got me in and out very quickly. The drug test is probably the easiest one I've ever done! Gone are the days of going to the work comp clinics to get it done. This is the go to place!

I arrived as someone was being tested and someone was waiting ahead of me. I was in and out of there inside of twenty minutes.

Check in was speedy, little waiting room to hang out in until was called back by Becky. She was friendly, social and made the whole process a breeze. Easy Pee-Zee, get it? Ha. Don't worry, I won't quit this day job ...if I get it.

Friendly, clean. Very short waiting times, if at all. Much better experience than the 3 hour wait times at Quest Diagnostics or other chains.

I just left this place and would give it 0 stars if possible. Normally, when you walk into a business you would expect to be greeted and assisted by any of the employees there. This place operates in exactly the opposite way. I walk in and the receptionist is sitting there doing nothing. I say hello and ask how she is doing and she completely ignores me. Literally the first words from her mouth to me are "I'm just gonna take this paper from you" and that's it. I sat in the lobby and waited to be called, once called she rudely told me to empty my pockets and pull up my pants legs I'm assuming to check if I had anything on me to cheat the test. She did the check and gave me the cup and said not to flush and fill it up to a marked line. I did that, came out of the bathroom and she did a temp test. Apparently having your pee come out at 98.9 degrees is enough for them to tell you that they cannot validate the test and I have to wait 3 hours to retest. I was not told anything else, and I'm assuming the manager came by and told me that the company I was applying for just "called her" and said if I walk out of the facility that it's an instant failure. I have a sick daughter who needs to be picked up from daycare and well I chose my daughter over the job. I will not work for a company that does not value family, and I definitely will not recommend anyone go to this place. Receptionist needs to get trained better, and their manager needs to learn how to do better customer service. Just because it's a testing facility doesn't mean they can just talk to anyone however they want or not even talk to them at all.

After getting the run around and terrible customer service at Quest Diagnostics, I drove here for my pre-employment drug screening. I wish I would have just come here from the beginning. It was fast, easy and convenient.

Friendly staff very professional they get right to the point and do what their job entails. The only thing that I wish that they would have is music playing rather than it being completely quiet

I went in for a pre-employment drug screening test (urine). The place only takes walk-ins, but they weren't busy at all when I went in on a Monday at noon.

Parking is around the back and there weren't many spaces available.
The place was clean and quiet. I signed in and waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called back. The process was very simple and Becky, the test administrator, was friendly and gave clear instructions.

This is not a creepy drug testing place; everything was very sanitary, bright, and friendly.

Four stars because the location was strange. I ended up passing the location a couple times because of that reason. The entrance is along the street, where street parking is not allowed, and the parking is in the back and looks abandoned from the street. The lady in the medical screening place was very helpful. It was a quick visit and the inside of the place was nice and clean. There is a nice waiting room and it seems very professional.

This place or at least the heavy set fellow in the reception will lie to your face the testing takes over a week to get results back and not very accurate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this testing center find another one.
