Came in for a new battery and was helped immediately. Axel (I think was his name) got me hooked up and installed in no time flat. Great service and prices at a clean store.

I just want to say a trained dolphin could do a better job than the associates at this location. It took 3 people to take a battery out of a 2011 honda civic. Absolutely pathetic. I am writing this review because it was my wife getting the battery switched for our son and I was at work. He needed his car or I would have done it. The first lady did literally nothing and had to ask for help. She stated she couldn't get the battery out because it had square bolts. Do they not have tools at this location? The person she asked to help her refused most likely because she's an idiot and always asks for help. So I'm guessing the 3rd person in this battery switching fiasco was the one to take it out and replace it. Why have these people offer to help with things when my 14 year old can identify and replace more parts than the people behind the counter.? Needles to say we will NOT be back at this location even for an air freshener. Absolutely garbage.

Every time I go to Advance Auto Parts at 2110 Hilliard Rome Road, I am always impressed with the customer service.

Each time I go Juan has been the guy behind the counter who helps me with everything. When my headlight burned out he offered to install a bulb that I bought from ANOTHER store (and couldn't figure out how to install it myself). That was when I decided to return to this store every time I needed car service.

On my most recent visit I needed a new battery for my key fob, washer fluid, a new wiper blade, and a new gasoline cap (because my check engine light kept coming on for no good reason). Juan went out to my car and checked my check engine light code with a special tool to confirm that the cause was indeed my gas cap. He also replaced the battery in my key fob himself, which requires a screwdriver and some time and care. After I left the store I looked over my receipt and noticed Juan had given me a courtesy discount just to be kind.

Totally impressed with the customer service. Fast, helpful, inexpensive. No complaints.

It's cold out - not great weather for your poor auto battery. If you have a battery 4 years or older, chances are you will need a new battery in the near future. If you've been told you need one, or if you hear the reluctant cranking of your engine first thing in the morning, you may want to stop at this Advance Auto Parts to check out their battery services.

It's pretty simple - walk up to the parts counter and ask them for the battery - they will look up the options for you automobile - with a 2 to 3 year 100% replacement warranty, and up to a 5 to 7 year prorated replacement. They also offer various "CCA" (cold cranking amps) - which may make a difference in the ease of starting your car on those subzero mornings. If you are unsure of your battery needs, they will also do a diagnostic if you'd like to see if you need a new battery, or if you have loose cables, or corroded cables - all things that can affect battery life.

The best feature about Advance Auto Parts is that they will INSTALL your new battery for FREE. Not like your dealer, or NTB, or the instant oil change place - they install for FREE - and they do a great job at it - cleaning the battery connections, tightening the cable connects, etc.

They also have a large selection of fuses if you've been blowing certain circuits (also a sign of some battery or other electrical issues). There is also a full supply of air filters, spark plugs, motor oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, washer fluid - all things you can top off yourself. Don't pay for the instant oil change to change your air filter - grab one at Advance they're very easy to change and you will save yourself 30 to 50 bucks!

Another inclement weather necessity are new wiper blades. Advance offers a wide variety and once again FREE INSTALLATION of your wiper blade purchase.

Excellent customer service - you may have to wait occasionally, but they do a great job of keeping track of you and assisting you as soon as possible.

My main auto store to go too, because they've proven their knowledge of cars and have shown me excellent customer service and have went above and beyond to assist me.

Decent Customer service. I like the ease of walking in here and asking for a part and they will get it for you. The service provider got me an air filter and didn't try to upsell me on another more expensive air filter when it wouldn't help all that much. I appreciate the honesty when someone tells you the truth about the difference between two products.

Stopped in here a few weeks ago knowing that I needed to get a new battery for my Civic. I went in with the hubby knowing that if I went in there myself, they would try to sell me something that I didnt need. I picked out a battery that they had in stock, and the gentleman took my old one out and installed the new one within minutes. Very pleasant and nice. Great job guys!!!

My auto repair knowledge is about as good as my heart surgery knowledge. These guys were a great help. Who knew windshield wipers were that easy to take off and put back on again.
