Valvoline Instant Oil Change

If I could give zero stars I would. Had an oil change. They did not replace all the screws on the oil shield which proceeded to fall off on the highway 2 days later. Took the car back to be fixed and they said they replaced the screws. In fact, they used a zip tie. They were not at all sincere in their apology and really couldn't wait to get rid of us. We will NEVER go back.

I went here for an oil change. Had both oil and cabin air filters changed. Unfortunately, manager Jason also suggested a service I did not need, and I accepted the Radiator Fluid Replacement ($129.99 plus tax), stupidly. I had no issues previously with my car, but after the Radiator Fluid Replacement, within a few days the coolant began leaking out, until fluid had to be replaced every few days, and then within two weeks the coolant fluid needed to be replaced daily until my car could no longer hold fluid, and therefore overheated. I was forced to have my car towed to an auto repair shop and I had to pay out of pocket to have the damage repaired. The heater core and hoses had to be replaced. Including labor, this cost me over one thousand dollars to complete
