Worst MCDONALDS EVER , I refuse to come to this location AT ALL COST !!! They never get the order correct and make you ALWAYSS PARK , they never give any items instantly . To top lit all off they are rude and have the worst customer service !!!! I just had an experience on 8/29/23 where one of the employees literally flipped me off in front of her manager and the manager did absolutely nothing . AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST !!! I wish I could give it 0 stars ....

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Be careful, when you order from the outside menu at the drive through, they may knock your order up to a larger size that is not on the screen. I was once told that they were directed by the manager to do this. There is a legal term for this but I will let others judge. After you order, they tell you to move your car over to the other side of the lot. If there are no spaces, then you have to jockey your car to let other people out. They are also a little stingy with the fries, my wasn't even fill up all the way. Also, it you order a drink without ice, they will ignore you and put ice in it. It happened to the person in front of me besides myself.

This McDonalds is always busy since it's in the heart of the town.

Parking is tough. There is a lot of seating inside but tough to grab a seat during peak hours.

Used the drive thru today. A bit annoyed since all specials are not outside. Ordered 1 fish sandwich for $4.50 but then decided on two. Turns out they have a 2/$5 special on the sandwich. One would think the cashier would suggest it. Didn't get sauce for my nuggets but glad I asked for it at the window.

I'm sure I'll be back since it's the only one in the area. :(

Worse location needs to be renovated. Ordering screen doesn't work. Today there was a homeless man standing next to the pickup up windows staring at me. Made me feel so uncomfortable tried calling McDonald's to let them know phone must be off the hook. Avoid this location

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They can never get the order right. I basically order the same thing every time I go there - either for breakfast or lunch - and there is always something wrong with the order. Today I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit through the drive thru and when I got to my office I opened the bag and received a sausage biscuit - no egg, no cheese - just a sausage. AND every time I go (at least 2 times a week because food choices where I work are very limited) and order the same items I get charged a different price. This is the most expensive McDonald's (and in a very low income town). The McDonald's on Route 46 in Fairfield charges at least $1.00 less on the exact order I get in Passaic (unfortunately it is not near my work, just near my home). The people who work there also are very unprofessional. Food is never ready. You're always asked to pull up and wait (sometimes there's a line of cars waiting). One time, after waiting for 15+ minutes I had to finally go in and inquire about my food only to find out it was ready the whole time but nobody wanted to bring it out. This place is a disgrace and management should be changed and really monitored.

This mcdonalds is the biggest rip off ever. Large spicy chicken bbq combo was about $18 its about $10 at any other mcdonalds. The food sucks compared to all the other McDonalds as well and the restaurant is outdated and dirty. Passaic st McDonalds in Garfield is much better and cheaper go there.

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been. Prices are $6 higher than the regular prices other McDonalds around. When I asked why the prices are more expensive... the answer was... Is up to the owner.
I won't come back and today I preferred to go to Burger King in Piaget Ave. (about two miles form this McDonalds).

I rarely eat at McDonald's... it I am in a rush today. By far the WORST McDonald's in the US and the most expensive. Value meals starting at $9.99....LOL. A family of 4 you're looking at $50...get out of here with that! And their customer service is pretty bad. 1/3 of the people behind the counter seem to hate their job. Bring in the machines if that's that's the case.

Always check your orders especially the children's meals they alway seem to short change the items. Not sure if people who work there know how to count cause when I order a 6 piece nuggets for my grandson we get 4 pieces or they give you apple juice instead of the chocolate milk. Perhaps more training or they need hearing aids!
