We have been with ATT for awhile now! We keep upgrading and adding. Well we usually go to the Capital store. But the machine to pay bill was down. So we went to story rd.
My fiancé went in to pay the bill. And after a bit. He came out. He was thinking about getting ATT TV. They told me about it last month. But we were fine with Direct TV. So we decided. To switch service. Faster speed AND SAVE MONEY!
FABIOLA. was Awesome. Her Knowledge was excellent. And she was so nice. She helped with with a few other issues to. Which I was lead to believe differently. We were so impressed with her customer service . Her knowledge and patience. Customer service is so important and she is amazing!!!
THANK YOU FABIOLA. FOR EVERYTHING!!! We got our service this morning. And so far we love it!!! Faster internet is a plus PLUS...
I only have one problem. When we went in to get a box for the tv that's no a smart one. The said we won't be charged until the billing cycle. But found out 10 mins later they billed us for the month and the extra box and tax.
I just think if you say something. It should be what you say. No surprises!

Please be aware of this location. I purchased 2 screen protectors and 2 cases for my sister's phone and mine last year with their promised of warranty within a year that we can replace one for free. After 11 months, we came back to have a screen protector, however the employee told me that he didn't find any record of our order on their system, and asked me to show them the receipt that we bought last year. Wtf, why didn't the receipt show on their system? I show them my bank statement that you guys charged me as well, but it turns out my bank statement couldn't prove for anything at all. All they need is actual receipt from us. Do you imagine we should keep the receipt for a year? What I remembered from last year that the seller told me we don't need to keep that because when customers order something, these info will keep in customer's account.
As being said, we left with unsatisfied. We paid for "stupid" services and they lost our trust. If I could give 0 star, I would definitely do.

I am a United States Air Force veteran. I work for the city of San Jose in the police department. You're wondering why do I start with that. Because I felt that I needed to because of the level of disrespect and prejudice I felt. And by the way prejudice happens all the time prejudice is when a person judges you based on how you look it has nothing to do with your race it just has to do with who they think you are and what they can get away with based on what type of people they are. I waited an hour and 20 minutes to pay a bill and help my friend get a phone instead when it was my turn the attendant decided to help a lady who was asking questions but she was after me instead of telling her to wait her turn he continued to work with her. I waited almost 8 minutes before I intervened and in Spanish because they were talking Spanish I politely told the lady to please wait her turn and I reminded the young man that it's not OK to cut and that he should take care of me. I guess this embarrassed him instead of acknowledging his Mistake and apologizing told me that now I had to wait even longer and that's when I got upset I voiced my frustration and that's when he told me now he wouldn't help me and walked away and hid in the back room. The lady felt really bad for me and tried to apologize but at that point the security guard then came and told me to leave immediately when I begged Esteban to get involved he didn't know what to do and just told me to leave. This is the kind of thing that can break a person down waiting an hour and 20 minutes to be dealt with by a bunch of children and ignoramuses. I'm a grown man who has served in a war and yet I felt like crying today because of how unfair the situation was but also to see how quickly the situation escalated and knew that no one there had a good head on their shoulders to deal with the situation time is money. I wasted a lot of time there and I felt so humiliated please someone do something.

Came in today to switch over from T-Mobile and we had an awesome experience with the help of CARLOS! He was very imformative, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. My husband's company granted his phone number to me. It's quite complicated to make the transfer form a business account to a personal account. The store manager Darvin helped me with a great patience and very detailed instructions to handle this issue. With his help, I did the the transfer quite smoothly. Also, Bryan and Victor helped me a lot as well. These guys were so awesome!

Came to this store 3 weeks ago. The associate told me there is a promotion if I switch over to ATT.
Trade in deal quoted for 2 iPhone 8 Plus , 1 iPhone 8 & and 1 iPhone X . Written quote was (800x3)+1000= 3400.
After I received my new iphones 13 and came to the store to turn in my old phones. The associate totd me the promotion was expired. New promotion = $1750 for 4 new phones.
After discussion with the lady, she told me that the store manager will honor the previous quote, but I have to sign att paperwork with current lower promotion, they then will send us a correction for honoring the old agreement by the end of business day.
Well, I never hear back from them since. Call them many times and they never get back to me.

My significant other has had her phone number hacked and hijacked twice basically disabling her data and voice plans. In the first time after much explaining AT&T was able to resolve the issue and reinstate the service. This second time we have been going through a rough time with them even to get the fraud department on the phone. Visits to stores resulted in even more frustration. A quick web search shows that this is an ongoing issue with phones being hijacked and AT&T unable to fix the problem. It's unbelievable. We had to get another phone number from another company so we could continue operating here but our 30 year old phone number is locked in AT&T network because of this fraud case that is not being resolved. Worst customer experience ever.

I went to this at&t store yesterday for 2 reasons, to buy a new phone and to add a line! Even though Luis the agent was a great agent in explaining everything and was thorough however he did pushed me into transferring in 2 lines instead of one line I needed to for the sell promotion. I had expressed that I don't need 6 phones lines and have no use for the extra phone lines however he doesn't seem to want to stop and honor my request! Now I have to spend extra time on the phone with customers services to take that line off on top of having to PAY off the phone completely in order for me to take the line off! This is a waste of my time and a headache! I will never go to this branch again for anything!
