Sheryl and her team each year prepare the finest grass fed meats which I bring back to the mainland for my family. They not only have the best beef I have ever had (and that's saying something), they pack the Aloha spirit with each shipment. And when I'm in the Islands they'll pack a box suitable to check as a bag when I fly home. There is nothing better. Mahalo!

They didn't have everything on my list. But that's okay. They are Cheaper, easier and fresher than buying my meats from the grocery store.

Prices are reasonable for quality beef. I always purchase the prepacked ground beef. Fast, easy service.

It's best to call ahead and make an order for special cuts and sizes, they do it all.

Bought their lamb for stew for the first time at the Waimea farmers market. There they sell it frozen and prepackaged there so you don't have the ability to really feel out the meat. It is pretty pricey but I generally like to support local business.

When I defrosted the meat to use it that is when I noticed there were several large chunks of bones. I have never bought any kind of stew meat that had bones before. Additionally there was so much fat and very little meat. of the whole package at least half of the weight and volume needed to be thrown away because of bones and excessive fat. What I had left after cleaning it up to cook was just over half a pound.

Amazing quality on the meat and fantastic prices , haven't boughten meat from anywhere else but this place since I found it and I live all the way in Pahoa.Really natural looking meat no weird dyed looking beef like at the grocery store. This place has everything you should look for when trying to find beef to cook at home. It Outstanding flavor, great fat marbling, and just overall incredibly fresh meat. I consider myself to be a very advanced cook as well and I deal with a ton of meat , and I consider this too be some of the best beef you can get your hands on and the prices are great. They even individually seal each steak you order to make sure everything stays fresh. Can't say enough about how happy I am about finding this place .
