Pella Windows & Doors of Monroeville

First, let me begin by saying I have not ordered Pella windows...yet. However, I met with John Palumbi, Retail Sales Representative for Pella Windows and Doors. John is so very nice and is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was patient answering all my questions. John was not hard sell like another company I met with who didn't want to leave until I signed a contract. John gave me time to think it over and there is no doubt I love Pella. I believe when you have a good product, it speaks for itself. Pella does. I have always loved Pella Windows and Doors. I had them in my last place before I moved and would like to have them here, too. John Palumbi was wonderful and so is what he is selling. I do intend to order them and know I won't be disappointed.

I used them once and the service was good but the price wasn't these are windows for a Rich man.
