Donna Hackett Insurance

Folks, the customer service is apparent very lacking. Reached out to Donna regarding new insurance. As requested I promptly provided all the requested information and was promise a quote. Guess what I'm still waiting - several follow up phone calls and e-mail with NO response this is over a period one week.

Ended up staying with AAA and renewing 5K worth of insurance.

P.S I have the e-mails and other proof so don't remove my post for "content guidelines" issues.

I have had them for almost 10 years, finally I gave up. They would NEVER respond to my questions, I had to call or email many times to get an answer. The one time I would have a tiny claim, they made it so punitive and difficult that I decided not to file.

I have been using Donna for several years now to cover my small fleet of cars, 5 drivers in our family, not to mention my homeowners, renters insurance for the kids college apartments, umbrella policy, etc. She is so responsive and always our advocate. She breaks down the policy so we understand what we are getting. Farmers as an organization is a quality company, I've never had them try to get out of a claim. Unfortunately we have had enough claims to know that Farmers, and Donna, have our back. I highly recommend using Donna for your car and homeowners policy, you won't be disappointed!

After a terrible experience with allstate and a dreadful farmers agent, I looked up Donna on yelp and contacted her. She was sympathetic to what had happened and insisted that she could do better.

She followed through with that promise and I can honestly say that I have never had an insurance agent who has worked so hard! NEVER!!!

In addition, communication is easy via email, cell, fax, electronic documents, or personal one on one contact. Donna honestly is the very best and has earned my long term business!

If you have farmers, switch agents, if you don't have farmers, contact her and see what she can do for you, it's worth it just to talk with her and experience her upbeat peppy attitude!
