Raff's Party Machine Rentals

Let me start by saying these guys are professional, prompt and know what they're doing. If you want to add some flair to any party I highly recommend their services!

I run a craft beer bar in Campbell and wanted to serve beer slushies at our anniversary party. I of course procrastinated on booking a machine. I called Raff on Friday for our party on sunday and they easily accommodated my request! On sunday morning they were communicative and prompt. They ran me through everything I needed to know and helped me plug in the machine. They were beyond helpful!

The machine itself was easy to use and froze our beer into slushies in about 10min. They were such a hit we've been thinking about making them a regular event!

I have never publicly posted a bad review of a business because it's not my style but I would NEVER recommend this company, not only due to his business practices and attitude but the lack of hygiene with food products. I rented a soft serve machine and paid extra for a toppings bar for my son's outdoor wedding reception. He was rude and clearly annoyed at drop when we asked basic questions like how do we know when it's running low and need to add more mix and how long it takes to freeze.
Pick up was even worse. He was extremely upset to find we had put all the toppings and cones in our own containers because the ones he provided were gross and ugly. His jars were placed under the table with the left over cones. He kept coming in the house that he had no business entering looking for the leftover toppings to take with him. 2 mason jars that were missing and the box the cones came in. I was mortified to find out after our event that the toppings he provided, and I fed to my guests were not new and just for us but were leftovers from previous events and he planned to use what was left at another wedding the next day. He touched all the ice cream cones that we had put in a nice glass container on the dessert table and put them back in their original plastic bag and took them to use the next day. We threw away the box they came in because we assumed all toppings and cones left over were ours to keep because we paid for them. Nothing was stated in the contract or verbally that we were getting recycled food items or were expected to return any unused product for him to reuse. He created a scene, was angry, dropping F bombs, and would not leave without his 2 mason jars and the cardboard box for the cones. I finally told him after a very long day, at 9pm that he could follow me to Walmart and I would buy him 2 new mason jars or he was welcome to go through all my decor and pick out 2 glass vases or containers. That still was not good enough or getting him to leave.
We had multiple people trying to clean up stop everything to look for those dumb jars which were found the next morning. They were so dirty and greasy he should have been embarrassed.
Anyone lookjng for a fun business idea could
make a killing offering this service because it's a fun addition to a party and there definitely a market for it. He was the only one I could find in the bay area ans even though I didn't have a great feeling from him and wasn't sure he would come through due to bad communication on his part, I still used him because he was the only one in the Bay Area I could find that's this.

I needed a couple of slushie machines for an elementary school carnival I was putting on. Raff was SUPER responsive despite my 5000 questions. His crew showed up on time (not their fault that Google maps gives a different location for my school than the actual locationt), set up the machines, showed us how to mix the concentrates and fill the machines. I highly recommend Raff and if I ever need a margarita machine (and I'm not gonna lie, I was wishing I'd brought a few mini bottles for the leftovers after serving 600 elementary students today), Raff is the place to go to!

Just have to say how glad I am that I was referred to Raffs because he came through for me on 24 hours notice with a fabulous margarita machine! It was just the perfect festive addition; thanks again Raff, your service was great!

Raff took amazing care of us, organizing a machine and generator rental last minute to make sure we had pina coladas at our wedding. The machine worked great and the mix was delicious. Thanks for everything Raff!!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent service! Super responsive, set up the machine and were super nice. Gave great flavor ideas as well. Rented the Dole Whip and Frose Machine. You MUST try the Frose. It will be the talk of the party. Will be using them again!

Hit of the party! I rented a Margarita Machine from Raff and so glad I did. This wasn't some dinky equipment either. If my family and friends were impressed by its "no fooling around" commercial size, they were absolutely floored by the taste and frozen consistency of the "Raffaritats". We actually got to enjoy it a while longer on Sunday.. Set up and Pick up was done professionally and Mario was super cool with getting our first batch going too. His instructions made it easy for me to reload the machine mid party no problem, plus you cant beat his service with a smile.. I highly recommend these guys and will most definitely use them again.. -Chris.

Raff was easy to work with during my company's event. Got the contract in front of us quickly and he responded to our inquiries fast. We needed his margarita machine set up at 5:30pm. He came promptly at 5 and it was set-up closer to 5:20! It was really easy to set up and refill. My company loved the frozen margaritas and it had the right amount of tequila. After the event, it was really easy to take down. All we needed to do was unplug it and he picks it up the next day.

100% would book again!

Contract specified he would arrive at noon to set up for the 4 PM cocktail hour of a wedding reception. By 2:30 we reached him, he showed up at 4, cocktails weren't ready until after dinner. We used it during a pool party the next day, scheduled pick up at 4:30 Sunday, he arrived at 2:30 two days later.

Raff's margarita machine is a no-brainer at any party! It's fun and easy and the team is a pleasure to work with! I ordered the standard margarita machine for my party and it was a universal hit. I will definitely branch out and try other options for my next event. For the price and the convenience, like I said, it's a no-brainer!
