Worst Target I've ever been to. Their website will show things as being in stock and then when you get to the store the whole shelf is empty. What they did have in stock was a mess, no organization whatsoever. Out of curiosity I checked the website again, and still, it said the item was in stock at this location when it clearly wasn't.

I spent OVER 90 MINUTES trying to get someone to answer the phone at Target today for help with a Pick Up order. I called the Service Desk/Customer Service, Electronics. "Other Departments", and even the Pharmacy! The only one that answered the phone was the Pharmacy, but they didn't have another number to reach anyone in Target besides 505-327-7400. THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm seriously disappointed in this store. My family and I will be taking all of our future business elsewhere. I would strongly recommend that anyone reading this do the same.

Way too many people allowed inside the store. The line went to the back of the store. Open more registers. People were NOT standing six feet apart. The restrooms were horribly disgustingly dirty. On top of that one of the employees used the family restroom as I was standing there holding my fussy baby. I don't understand why he as an adult couldn't use the men's restroom and let customers with children use the family restroom. Worst target I ever been to in my life. After waiting for the employee to leave the family restroom and seeing how dirty it was with toilet paper all over the floor. I left my stuff in the cart no matter how much I needed it, I would never spend my money there. Not a chance I would come back.

I was recently in the Farmington Target and I was just floored at the lack of protective wear the Target employees were given. . . or rather, not given. Here we are, in the middle of a pandemic and they have their employees working with the public, with absolutely no protection. Let me just clarify that my first concern was for the employees who are most likely still at work because it is their job and they are supporting families of their own. Secondly, my concern was for the public. This is a multi-million dollar company who cannot even supply their employees with rubber gloves, much less a mask of some kind. Yes, if we ask the experts, there is a specific mask number that would be ideal and that, I believe is beyond immediate reach, however, a mask of any kind, would be nice. I feel bad for these employees. I imagine they are continuing to work because they have rent, mortgages, bills, payments to be made, to support their families. In a perfect world, Target would give their employees the protection they deserve so that employees can continue to represent their brand without the underlying threat of contracting a possible life threatening illness and potentially taking it home to their children. I understand the only way to prevent the contraction of COVID-19 is to stay away from it and, at this point, stay home. I consider myself lucky. My employers have removed us from the immediate threat.

I bought mascara and the sign said you get a $5 gift card if you buy 2. Totally worth it BUT when I go to check out she said it didn't ring up that way. So she sent someone to check and I kid you not it was 8 minutes before she came back. In the meantime people were lined up behind us and finally my husband leaned back and told the other customers that they were checking on something. There were only 2 cashiers on a Saturday morning so most of them stayed where they were. Finally the girl returned ( the makeup aisle is literally about 5 aisles away) and we were correct. Don't think I can go back even tho I like Target. It amazes me that in my town customer service is so bad!!!

This target upgraded not long ago. I like it better since the remodel, but it is still a few years behind the Targets I have seen in larger markets. Don't get me wrong, they are still a nice enough place to shop. I guess they don't feel a need to reinvest a lot into this location due to Wally Worlds dominance in this area? Maybe they feel their customer base is large and loyal enough that they don't need to care as much? I don't know.

This Target is awesome! Great employees and with the edition of produce, I no longer shop anywhere else! Target has all I need with pretty good deals! Yes other grocery stores do have a little better prices on produce and meat but the quality that this Target delivers in unmatched!
