Dr. Park is terrific. Attentive, thorough, and honest about what work needs to be done and what can wait. His staff is lovely and professional. Office is spotless. He's been able to see us on short notice when needed. Would certainly recommend.

Dr. Park is amazing! I have the WORST dental anxiety! I was crying as soon as I walked into the waiting room to check in. I sat in the chair and he explained everything he would be doing, & reminded me/updated me as he went through. he reassured me numerous times & praised me for doing so well with during the appointment. I really appreciate the gentleness/kindness shown the whole time especially because I was so on edge! I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a new dentist! He's really nice & knowledgeable.

Just to confirm, I had no issues or symptoms after being wrongly diagnosed with four cavities here, and seven months later Del Mar Dentistry confirmed I only had stains and firmly disagreed with any fillings. My teeth are perfectly healthy. Thank goodness I ignored the advice here.

Honest, gentle, doesn't upsell you on unnecessary procedures. I have bad experiences with other dentists in San Diego who have messed up my billing several times and tried to sell me on things I didn't need or want. He tells me exactly what I need and gets it done. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kwang and his assistant Monica are awesome! One of the best dentist I have ever been to in my 62 years. His assistant Monica is very professional and inviting.

My husband and I chose Dr. Park based on reading reviews and his credentials, as well as the fact that he was contracted with our insurance. We have been seeing him for about 3 years now, and both of us have nothing but positive remarks to share. Quality, prompt, attentive, thorough care. Fits us in when there's an emergency. We have had major work done (crowns, fillings, fixing a broken tooth) as well as just routine cleanings and checkups. Dr. Park is very thorough and speaks plainly and patiently, which I appreciate. He is trustworthy and doesn't try to upsell us with more work than necessary - in fact, he seems to take a conservative approach with the issues that aren't major and only tells us we need work done when it is absolutely necessary. He will be our dentist for many years to come. In fact, we now pay out of pocket to see him because our insurance is no longer accepted!

I came here for a second opinion after I felt that my previous dentist was trying to upsell me on unnecessary treatments. I ended up switching over to Mission Bay Family Dental and have been so impressed with the entire experience!

It's never pleasant to get major dental work done, but Dr. Park and his team are great and made the whole process much easier. He is very transparent with pricing and I can tell he genuinely wanted to keep my costs as low as possible, which is hard to find as many offices are all about upselling you. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a way that is clear and easy to understand.

Dr Park and Monica are great. He is gentle and thorough with his cleanings, I have never had painful cleanings here. Monica is kind and considerate, reminding me of future appointments as needed. Last month, we increased our dental coverage so we could continue to see Dr. Park because he is good at what he does, I highly recommend him.

Dr. Park has been my dentist for about two months but my experience with him and all his staff has been the best. I've been searching for a dentist that cares about my needs and not about up selling or overcharging me. After my first appointment I knew I was in good and caring hands.

I am very picky about what dentist I go to and I have been to quite a few. I look for the following 5 things: 1: A dentist that answers all my questions up-front without being annoyed or trying to "up-sell" me on things. 2: staff that are friendly and follow-through 3: A dentist that errs on the side of caution so that I keep as much of my original teeth as possible (rather than recommending a full crown, is able to do a filling or something less invasive. Yes, I have often got second opinions on dental procedures). 4: a dentist that takes their time and is careful to do the job 5: takes my insurance but doesn't have outrageous rates for things that aren't covered by my insurance. Dr. Park's practice has proven to be all of the things that I look for in a dentist. I'm very thankful to have found it and hope he doesn't retire for many many years.
