Discount Tire

Another great trip for great service.
Went for a tire change as mine had a flat . Was immediately attended to the moment I parked. No fluff straight to the point , set expectations for the time to fix and delivered 15 mins earlier than the set time.
Always a pleasant experience whenever I go there.
They don't sell you stuff unnecessarily are professional and very efficient .
On my thing is they didn't have water or coffee this time around , and there aren't many places you can go to while your car is being fixed unless you have a ride .
The efficiency and proficiency makes up for it .

After having a tire light on, I decided to stop here and get it checked. Turned out one of my tires was extremely low.

Fortunately for me there was no wait time, went and got it checked and they found a nail.

Process was great and fast.

I have gone to this Discount Tire twice and have had a fabulous experience both times. Going to a car/tire shop as a young woman is very intimidating and scary at times. However, I have felt at ease going to this location alone. The staff is very cordial and informative.

Will be returning for all future visits!

They took care of business. I went in to get all my tires replaced and on small budget. Isaac showed me prices for all the tires that fit my car, with the warranty and help me stay within my budget. That was truly a blessing. Thanks to everyone at Discount Tires for making this transaction go smoothly.

arrived at this location around 5pm on a Friday afternoon. employees and managers were courteous, friendly and helpful. they even opened the door for me as I was walking up. service was helpful and quick. inspected and fixed my tire problem quickly. I was in and out within 35 minutes on a friday. quickest service I've experienced at any discount location.

Keith the store manger should not be a manger he should be fired! I was trying to warranty on my trailer tires one of the employees was helping me out all of sudden the store manager Called the employee telling him that he can't sell me the warranty for my tires and he couldn't even give me a reason and he hide in the office like a little baby like what a loser he should be fired the store manger

The spokesman I spoke to was reluctant to help once I mentioned my boyfriend. Every chance he got, he would mention "but don't you have a boyfriend" or "isn't that what your boyfriend is for". Hence the low rating. Otherwise, they changed out my spare in 30 minutes which would've been 3 stars.

Gave a thumbs down on value. Not their fault as prices have skyrocketed. Due to oil, gas and especially diesel prices.
Gary was extremely helpful and accommodating.
He was helpful above and beyond what was required. Will return because of the high service level and politeness of the whole team.

Nothing but issues with these guys the were real clueless they tried to tell me it was my fault that my tire was bad , (typical red flag) to not come back to this location....I paid for my tire with the intention on them calling when it came in and they didn't and then when I did call back on the way there they said it was in( never called) and they did not know I paid already (worst customer service)

Holy moly!!! These folks are quick!! Well oiled machine!! And they were all soooo polite and helpful :):):) 3 thumbs up!!
