The best dental office I have ever been too. The staff are all patient and compassionate. You don't find that very often. I'm forever thankful for this group of kind and hard working individuals

Great dentist and staff. Dr. Trembath was able to see me on short notice for an emergency extraction. She explained everything thoroughly and gave me options if I had to come back later. The hygienist was able to gather all the information on my symptoms beforehand to assist the dentist in expediting my procedure. For someone who is fearful of going to the dentist, the staff and doctor made me feel at ease.

This place is amazing. My daughter was terrified of the dentist because of a bad experience with a children's dentist office so my Sister recommended Dr Tembath's office and we have been going there ever since (8 years now) I highly recommend!!!!

I loved going to see Dr. Trembath, both her and her hygienists that I have seen there were wonderful. I have been going there several years and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my poor experience comes from the office staff. My insurance had changed before my last appointment, and I had called prior to my appointment to have them find out of they would accept my coverage and if not, to please let me know. The gentleman I spoke to indicated he would let me know if there was an issue and I never heard anything back so I assumed everything was good to go. I came in for my appointment and they asked if it was ok for me to do xrays, let me know they would cost about $70 (which I paid at the time of the visit) and I said that was fine. Since I assumed they accepted my insurance, the cleaning should have been no charge. However after my visit, I received a bill for another approximately $130 that I owed. So once all was said and done, it cost me almost $200 for a cleaning and some xrays. I called the office and they gentleman I spoke to said it should have been covered and he would call be back. I never heard from him, so I called back again, and he indicated that they had written the wrong insurance company name down so when they verified they accepted it, they were not looking at the right company and that they did infact not accept my insurance. All I got is a "sorry about that". No offer to reduce the amount owed or to work with me since it was their error for not verifying correctly. I should have done my own research to verify coverage, but I assumed that letting them know beforehand to check was sufficient. I let him know I wouldn't be returning there and to cancel my upcoming appointment and again, just got an "ok". No concern at all that they just lost a customer that has been coming there for several years. Not good customer service.
