      We purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse 2+ years ago (Monty was our salesman). The mattress lasted 2 years-it sagged. We thought that we could just return to mattress warehouse for a replacement mattress. We were wrong. There was paperwork involved as well as an inspection by a 3d party inspector. We needed 3 support rails and we had 2. If we had known a 3d rail was required under the warranty at the time of purchase we would have purchased a 3d rail and maybe it wouldn't have sagged. We have a new mattress, an upgrade , being delivered this week. Yes we are happy that a new mattress is arriving but it is costing us more since we are trying another brand (why go with the loser). It gets better we have to pay a $99 delivery fee and a $20 disposable fee. Once again Monty never informed us of this at the time of completing the warranty paperwork or when we purchased a replacement mattress. Monty would not waive the fees . My point is if you buy a mattress from Mattress Warehouse insure they go over every little detail of the warranty etc. Monty is very customer friendly but he leaves out specifics that a customer may want or need to know. Yes I know it is probably somewhere in the paperwork they provided but I didn't thoroughly read it. My fault.

      I was very impressed with the knowledge and customer service I received when I recently bought a mattress. Suzanne was very helpful in answering all of our questions and worked to find us the best deal possible. Would highly recommend going to this store when you need a new mattress.

      Bought a twin bed mattress and box spring combination from Mattress Warehouse. I got an amazing price on the bed!

      I was planning on going to the Chantilly location of Mattress Warehouse - when I mentioned this - the salesman starting dropping the price!

      Bed and mattress were delivered the very next day!

      Wow! I am so glad I happened to walk into Mattress Warehouse Gainesville yesterday to check out the Nectar adjustable base bed! Suzanna did an incredible job explaining all about adjustable beds and the difference in quality that exist in various brands bases. She even explained health benefits associated with adjustable beds that I had no idea existed! Best yet, she was able to get me an incredible package deal that saved me over $500! Mattress Warehouse delivered my new bed TODAY -- the very next day -- and it's beyond wonderful! We just couldn't be happier! Excellent service, excellent product, at an outstanding price!       We purchased a pretty pricey mattress from this store. Needless to say the mattress is giving me back problems now even after going through their mattress selector technology which seems to be a joke. I will update my review based on how my return experience goes. It is so bad that i am sleeping on our kids bed. I've slept on a few Tempurpedic mattresses and none of them felt this bad. I almost feel like ours is defective. Again that mattress selector technology is very gimmicky and may actually be dangerous were it to suggest a mattress that causes an individual permanent damage.

      DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY.

      My wife and I went to Mattress Warehouse in Gainesville due to its proximity to our house. We wanted to try a Tempurpedic mattress, as I have heard good things and our old mattress was giving us trouble. The sales lady did her song and dance about how tired we look and how this bed will take away all our morning aches and pains. We spent a while in the store lying on different mattresses. The sales lady told us that the extra-soft mattress would not work for us, but we do like a very soft bed. With her guidance, we settled on a medium-soft breeze mattress. We have given the mattress the required 30-day break in period. My wife is still miserable in the mornings, and I sleep worse than on our old mattress. We were told that we had 90 days to return the mattress if we weren't happy. Her biggest caution was about protecting the mattress from spills and stains as this would void the warranty. The Sales person never stated that the 90-day guarantee was an exchange only situation, not a refund. So when I called the company and spoke with the same sales person informing her we wanted to return the mattress, she then stated we could not get a refund. Now I am stuck with an expensive piece of crap, or I have to go back in and try to get a mattress with the same price tag. Had I known I was going to be stuck with a store credit I would have ordered directly from Tempurpedic, as I would advise anyone considering this store to do.

      Very dishonest in their sales practices!!

      Been to this store a number of times. Always got the best advice on our mattress purchase. I believe the gentlemen's name is Gus. His knowledge and honesty makes coming to this store well worth the trip. No pressure, just a pleasent shopping experience.

      My wife and I went mattress shopping and made the mistake of going to this Mattress Warehouse.

      The sales person asked us where else we had shopped and we mentioned we had been to Sleepy's down the street. The manager, who was all the way in the back of the store, heard us and immediately walked up and went into this maniacal diatribe about how Sleepy's is the worst thing to happen to the mattress industry since bed bugs.

      Specifically bad-mouthing a competitor is bad form, unprofessional and just shows a complete lack of class. After three minutes of his ranting it got really uncomfortable and, honestly, hostile. Every question we asked was replied to with rudeness and snark.

      Seriously, this is how you treat your customers because they "had the nerve" to shop around?

      Kimberly L seems to have had an identical experience as us so this obviously isn't an isolated incident with this guy.

      2 days ago, I purchased a mattress set from a delightful salesman in this store. During the sale, I was told we were scheduled for delivery between 8-11am today, and that the delivery people would call likely around 7:30am to confirm. Well, whatdya know? I got a call at 7:30am from the delivery guys! Only they were telling me my delivery was now 11-2.

      Hey Mattress Warehouse, who are the celebrities, or politicians, or foreign rulers that bumped my time? That is the only reason I can see for you screwin up my entire day because I actually planned my day to be available for YOUR convenience, even though I am the one forking over the money. Hmmmmm, I wonder if I will ever shop at Mattress Warehouse ever again? When I get a company that overpromises and underdelivers, I hold a grudge and take my money elsewhere. "Sleep Happens" huh? So does something else that starts with "s".
