I text Eric to schedule upholstery cleaning and he responded promptly with a very reasonable estimate. Due to my own schedule we scheduled a couple of weeks out. He sent a confirmation text the day before service was schedule and even text his exact ETA day of . I have a pretty large sectional and it took appx an hour. Which was what he told me. Very easy to plan my day accordingly. Our pets sleep on the couch sometimes and now it smells great! He was very punctual , professional and did great with my big dog by his side , Most people that come in to do work ask for the dog to be put away, but Buddy made a new friend :) . We will have him come out to do our floors next. Definitely recommend Pure Clean !

Eric was the best! He cleaned 3 bedrooms and an area rug in our new house and I can't say enough good things. Quick, efficient, and reasonable. Will definitely use his services again!

I messaged a bunch of upholstery cleaners in the Sacramento area and Eric was quick to respond. Within 20 minutes of first messaging him, I had an appointment set for two days later. I was surprised he was able to come as soon as possible, seeing as it was the day before Thanksgiving.

Eric's quote is unmatched and beat all the other cleaners in the area. He cleaned my white sectional and two white chairs within an hour. I'm hiring him again for carpet cleaning and I'm sure his work will be just as impeccable as he did our furniture.

My dad is having a gathering at his house in a few days and he realized his couch needed to be cleaned. We reached out to Pure Clean Carpet and Tile and they responded quickly with a fair price and availability the next day. Eric the owner reached out promptly to set up the appointment with my dad. The coach was really disgusting but Eric worked really hard to ensure the couch was perfect. I'm really glad we found a company I can trust to help my dad out.

Happy with our cleaning from Eric and his team!! They were knowledgeable, professional and quick. We had them clean our carpets in our 1300sq ft home (living room, entryway, hallway and 3 bedrooms were finished within an hour and a half). They did come back a second time, 2 days later, to go over a few spots that needed deeper treatment and Eric was very understanding and communicative from start to finish, which is greatly appreciated! His price was most competitive compared to others and was the quickest to get me on schedule before the new year! We recommend him for the quality and care he provides!

Woke up to our fur baby leaving us a not so pleasant surprise in the carpeted guest room downstairs. After requesting plenty of quotes decided to go with Pure Clean Carpet & Tile. To be honest, initially went with them because of their quote but could not have been happier because the owner Eric went above and beyond. Requested a quote and got a response within 15 minutes. Only company that gave us a quote and also advised us to pre treat the area with a simple mixture of baking soda and water while we decided on who to go with and while we wait for someone to come to ensure the best results and help prevent discoloration of the carpet from occurring. Once we decided that we were going with them, Eric was able to reroute someone to us quickly due to the nature of the situation. Couldn't have been more happy with the experience and the results!

I have used Eric several times over the years to clean my carpet and tile. He has always done a fabulous job at a very fair cost. I have recommended him to friends and family. I wouldn't use any other company for my tile and carpet cleaning needs. Eric is so nice and pleasant to work with. You won't be disappointed with his work.

I used the get a quote option on yelp. Got a very reasonable price to clean the carpet in my entry/living room of my apartment. Eric got back to me quick with the price and was able to schedule me a time within just a few days! I really appreciate them taking on the job despite it being a small one! They were nice and efficient. The room smells really nice too which is a bonus.
