Frisco Wholesale Lumber

Horrible customer service. Delivered lumber on the wrong day. Waited over 2 weeks to get the extra lumber from the project, picked back up despite talking with James the owner. He lies and doesn't care. Must be nice! Blames everything on the shortage of workers and the pandemic. Ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would. Go elsewhere!

May be a great place to go and pick up wood. Do not order by phone and have a delivery dropped. I think that homedepot wouldn't stock their shelves with the quality of wood they sent me. I'm talking over 60 2x4x10s. They are horrible, it's like they sent me their scraps.

Ordered some lumber to build a deck in front of my house, needed 2- 2x8x20 foot pieces, along with other boards for the joists and such, well one of them was only 7 inches wide with 2 big chunks out of it and one end was split almost 2 feet down, and the other thing is I wanted 20 foot long deck board and when they delivered they were only 12 feet long, so I called them and they told me they don't make deck boards that long so they said they would make up the linear feet with shorter boards and they said they told me this, (we never had that conversation, so that was a lie), I will never ever purchase lumber from them again and if I could give zero stars, I would, beware Frisco Wholesale Lumber, go somewhere else, even if the drive is longer.

They lie a lot, these are people who have no word, they say one thing and then change without telling you the truth. Stay away from them!
