I had a wonderful experience here. The service men were very helpful and kind. They explained everything to me and made sure I felt reassured. I will continue to go there and I highly recommend them.

I called one day, later in the day, hoping to get in that day but they were extremely busy but they said if I could come in first thing the following morning, they'd be able to take care of my car. I noticed a fairly large nail in one tire. I showed up the following morning and my car was in and out in about 45 minutes. They showed me the nail itself and explained the process of patching it. It's been several months since, and has been completely fine. I would absolutely recommend this place. They're very personable and extremely accommodating.

I have been taking my SUV here for the last year or so getting oil changes. I usually had a good experience until the last time I scheduled an oil change at the beginning of this month. My appointment was at 9 am on Sunday which is when they are scheduled to open. The door was locked and I had to wait outside until the opened. They performed my oil change or so I thought. Just yesterday I had my brother check something on my car and he told me my oil was black. He drained the oil and he said there was no way it was changed less than 30'days ago. NTB put in a new oil filter but didn't change my oil. I will not be back. This could have really messed up my engine.

Made an appointment for 5 pm for wheel alignment for saturday.
When i got there , the guys didn't wanna take the car. Told me that they are already done for the day. What? Wasted all my saturday to wait appointment then very unreasonable answer.

Terrible. Every single time I visit this place I'm rejected of services... could definitely have better staff.

I replaced 3 of my TPMS here on 12/04/2020 and finally needed to replace the remaining one on 10/25/2021. I came in and the staff couldn't find me in the system for some reason so we went through the process of registering me again. I got the remaining TPMS changed and left...but kept having issues with the TPMS light going on and off. I replaced all of my tires and wheels along with the stems and kept getting the light for some reason. I finally took my car to a mechanic that told me that two of the TPMS were programmed to be the same number (?) and need to be reprogrammed in order to clear the code. I took it to the Chantilly location as that was the most convenient one to my day.

I tell one of the advisors my issue and they take my car back to take a look at what's going on. The advisor comes back and tells me that the Manassas NTB did NOT replace my last TPMS at all and left the original TPMS in, and that was why I was not able to clear the code despite getting new tires, wheels, etc. I'm pretty livid because I waited hours when they were supposedly "replacing" my TPMS.

I called the Manassas location and talked to Craig, the manager. I asked him why the hell did they charge me for a service they did not perform and he couldn't say anything else but, "well, that's hard to believe since I was the manager then. I'm going to call the Chantilly location to confirm". Thank you for reminding me why I hate going to car shops as a woman. Hell, y'all might have just done this to anyone. Definitely never coming back here again.

These guys are amazing!! I went to Mr. tire before I went to these guys and they tried to scam me into buying a whole set of new tires! These guys patch my tire didn't charge me anything and got me in and out within 40 minutes! Thank you so much national tire and battery!!

Made a same day appointment, they plugged the hole and sent me on my way within an hour. Staff was friendly and kind. Would recommend to anyone.

Tim gave us the best customer service that anyone could ask for! We ran over a nail two hours from home and we were towed here for a patch. Got here with only 20 minutes before they closed and he could have told us we needed to wait until tomorrow and we would have understood completely. He knew we were far from home and SO kindly had his team take on this one last job before they could clock out on a Friday night. We could not appreciate everyone at NTB more!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Timely and very communicative. Good young crew who took pride in their work. Will definitely be back for future service.
