I went to 7 on Centre in December for a Reiki healing. It was so valuable I decided to treat myself to another for my birthday in January.

December was my first full reiki session and I wanted to find the right place. After a thorough Yelp search, 10+ tabs open, my gut said go here. Beth took the time to walk me through the process and share a few tips over the phone.

The space is welcoming, clean and soothing. The session was calming and moving. Beth shared incredibly insightful, intuitive messages and I left feeling lighter and more grounded both times!

Tip: It helps to set an internal intention for what you hope to feel, discover, find in each session - Beth and your energy will take care of the rest!

I came to 7 on Centre for a Reiki session with Beth Szabo and it was amazing. I have had Reiki many times in the past from massage practitioners and friends who have studied it. This was nothing like that. This was, otherworldly.

I walked in, we said hi, how are you, I got onto the table and told Beth what I'm dealing with (physical pain/injuries). Then I laid down, and all I can remember is I was floating through worlds, space, time, my mind coming back to consciousness once or twice, and then back to dreams and wonderful sensations. (FYI, there was no touching!) At the end of the hour I woke up fully, like someone had filled me with substantial energy, and then it was over. I felt fantastic.

Beth then told me what happened from her side, during the session. As she spoke I felt it was uncanny how well she tuned into me and what my life is like, what I'm dealing with.

Since that appointment, I had more energy and reduced pain. It feels as though I turned a corner in my recovery after that session.

Beth at 7 on Centre is an amazing wellness practitioner. I have had 3 sessions with her and each one was a unique and wonderful experience. I've had reiki before but never like this. During my sessions with Beth I felt completely relaxed, nurtured and cared for. Beth's energy is amazing and her ability to channel information from beyond is extraordinary. I felt very peaceful after each session and highly recommend a treatment by her. Whether you have blocked energy, are struggling with an issue or simply want to treat yourself to some relaxing bodywork, you should definitely give her a try.

I am so happy to have found Beth. She has an uncanny ability to read me and to translate messages back in a very comfortable way. Many times, I feel as though I am visiting her for a specific reason, only to find out the visit was meant for a different reason all together. During my reiki sessions with Beth, I experience amazing, vivid colors. Each time is like a light show. Blues, greens, reds, oranges floating around me like smoke and sometimes appearing in shapes. It is really beautiful and special. Anyone that is hesitant about reiki should give a session with Beth a try. Beyond being a reiki provider, Beth is a motivating person who will go above the session to suggest different ideas for personal growth.
