Located in the Ala Moana Center by 2nd floor Target, where Pink Box and Tiger Sugar are. I was recommended to try their acai bowls because this place seems to be the top on a lot of peoples list, and let me tell know, they were not wrong. Their acai is so smooth, fruits fresh, and something about their granola just tops it off. I understand why people come here for their acai bowls.
The atmosphere is calm, lots of seating, and the time we went (1:00 pm on a Saturday) it was not busy. Great place to wind down after shopping.
I also tried their matcha tea with strawberry cold foam. Nothing too outstanding but nevertheless still refreshing.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sang Yup K.Los Angeles, CA12268Jan 25, 2024
Food:
This place has been around since I was in elementary school the locations moved in the mall but the acai is still as good as I remember it. No nonsense over toppings just a classic perfectly blended acai bowl.
Price:
So the price is definitely significantly higher over the years and that's my only knock on it. I also feel like the portions have gotten smaller over the years. I'm okay with paying more but please don't downsize my portions as well T-T
Service:
You order at the counter Friendly service no issues here at all.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 6144383Dec 10, 2023
Ordered the Jasmine in a small and I liked how the jasmine peaked through subtly in the flavors of the açaí. A very unique and delicious twist on a classic.
But the amount they gave me compared to the size of the cup and other places felt too little. The honey over sweetened the entire bowl because there wasn't enough açaí and the lack of açaí didn't justify the $15 I spent on the bowl. It was pretty disappointing for me but I do think it's worth trying especially the Jasmine (I heard the one with lime is good too) since there's no other place that makes these flavors.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1 - Sunway H.Honolulu, HI62926Dec 8, 2023
Look, I truly dislike leaving negative reviews. But I feel almost obligated to let people know this is what you get when you order a full size Tuna Melt. It's basically a large grilled cheese sandwich with a mayo and tuna drizzle.
Now, I could be wrong, but I'm pretty surethis is not some Boujee-line-caught-under-the-light-of-a-full moon-in-August-imported-from-France canned tuna of the Gods. In fact I'd bet it's from the 12 pack that Coscto sells in Iwilei.
I realize times are hard and it's extremely difficult to stay afloat owning a business these days in Hawaii. But at least dress the poor girl up and add a small salad or maybe like, a potato chip or two on the side!
My wallet hurts. And so does my stomach because I'm STILL HUNGRY.
Staff was sort of nice, though. So, two stars because it's Christmas. Ho,ho, HOOOO this place is overpriced!!!Helpful 4Thanks 3Love this 0Oh no 3 - Apr 25, 2023
When I crave for an açai bowl while I'm at Ala Moana, I go here! The açai isn't too icy, the portions are big, and the sweetness is just right. One of my favorite açai bowls on the island. You can choose between 2 sizes. A small or a regular. The regular is pretty big and is good for a meal. If you don't feel like getting an açai bowl, they also serve a variety of food and drinks as well.
As for the ambience, it's okay. I do miss the old look, but it is much brighter and they have more seating. They also sell some local goods that can be good for souvenirs.
Service was good tooHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 1, 2023
I always come here about once a month and it's simply a great place to have my açaí bowl whenever I need to cool off.
The honey is just the right amount and goes hand in hand with the granola, açaí, and banana, strawberries, and blue berries.
The snack itself is quite filling! :)
Pair this with a warm hot coffee if you like!
Will come again soon!Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0Business owner information

Stopping at the ala moana mall is a must during all my Hawaii trips. With that being said, out of the entire mall Blue Hawaii Lifestyle makes my favorite açaí bowl, the Lemi Fresh!
I noticed the price increase, but that didn't bother me. I LOVE this açaí bowl. It's very tart and the limes make this bowl stand out from others. If you like sweet and sour, this is the bowl!
Lastly, the ladies who work here are so kind. They asked us where we were from and if we were enjoying our time. Also asked us how the mainland was doing post Covid. They took the time to talk to us. Thanks for the aloha spirit.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

We ordered an $8 smoothie (Outrigger Cooler) and it was not good. It had a powdery texture and flavor to it which did not taste fresh. The only refreshing part of it was that it was cold. Looks like everyone orders the Acai Bowls here, so don't order their smoothies.

This Asian-owned place is a true Blue Hawaii Lifestyle as it's filled with all things Hawai'i in many ways.
Located in Ala Moana SC on the lower level near Target to be honest it's also a great place to get your six feet of breathing space as it's separated from the main mall area with a cooler outdoorsy breeze if you sit outside even during summer.
With cravings including espresso, smoothies, panini sandwiches and açaí bowls you can find it all here and I was excited to try their Turkey Pesto (turkey, pesto, tomato and provolone) on focaccia bread grilled on the panini press and oh it was a nice light bite just wished it had more tomatoes. Not greasy and grilled just right this was just what I needed for my after work hangry mode and paring it with their Shakerato which a shaken espresso beverage with brown sugar cinnamon and Oatmilk oooh the cinnamon woke me up more than the espresso.
I just really love the vibe here it's so relaxing and who doesn't need that.
Thank you!Helpful 11Thanks 0Love this 9Oh no 0Business owner information

This place used to be my favorite place for açai bowls but I think the owners changed. Came here for an açai bowl and they only give you one spoon per açai bowl and will charge you 35 cents for an additional spoon.. even if you tip. You should save your tip and use it for the additional spoon you want lol.
