I took in my well loved saggy, back cushions for my aging Re$toration Hardware couch. It looked so amazing that I had to do the seat cushions next. It looks amazing and now is my big comfy couch again. The recommendations and choices were good and I appreciated the options and expertise.

This place deserves a zero! Owner is a jerk and doesn't care about customers. In fact, he is quite hostile. His assistant knows nothing. Made me drive twice from Covington only to be told "we dont do slip overs". Have to drive back for third time now. Should be out of business. Awful!

If I could give a ZERO, I would. TOTALLY not caring about customers...must have all the $$$ in the world, yet probably complains that business is poor. Try calling potential customers back, for starters!
