Worst customer service ever. Booked an appt and was confirmed by email and 3 hours later it was canceled which I was unaware of until I arrived. Stylist kept yelling for Danielle who couldn't bother coming out of the back room to try to work me in. On top of that they want you to pay 3.95 for sanitation purposes. Nope done with this company and I will make sure my friends know this also

Brandi is amazing she always gets my cut just right. Im very picky with my hair color and she always does it perfectly! She's the best I'll fallow her to the moon and back

She did an awful job. I asked for a trim with LONG layers and face framing. Nothing is even. And the "face framing" portion is longer than my layers. When I asked her to do more face framing, she said "the face framing happened naturally with the long layers". Do NOT go to the girl with black hair. There is two of them. Don't go to the one with the station closest to the desk. She has two kids. You WILLREGRET GOING TO HER.

I recently got my haircut by Sylvia and I got basic layers which were not even. I asked a simple question about cutting technique and she had no idea what I was talking about.
My husband has gone there twice now and the last time he was getting his hair cut by a lady who was training someone. His side burns were uneven and the haircut overall was choppy. We will not be going back there!

As a student, I get my hair and definitely my split ends trimmed here. I come on $12 Tuesdays which is a bargain for you students!

During my last visit, the hair stylist even remembered me when I got my hair trimmed back in October. She's really nice and sweet. You're in and out pretty fast so this fits well if you've got a busy schedule.

Visiting my in-laws for the weekend and needed a quick trim. Stopped by without an appointment. For in within 20min. Great hair cut. Exactly what I asked for. I would recommend Alma.

I went in on a wim to highlight my hair. I'm so glad I did. I spent quite a while there but it was because I have long hair. Will definitely be back again to see Flor.

If i could give them minus 5 stars i would. I just moved here from Ohio and needed a touch up. I have a pixie type cut. I know what my previous stylist did. I explained to Kayla what needed to be done. (which was using a razor on my ends) i was also very clear that i didn't want my hair too short. i basically just wanted a trim. She told me they didn't use a razor there but "point cutting it would do the same effect". She than cut way to much off my head. She cut my hair uneven all the way around. I look like a little boy who decided to take the scissors to himself. i made it clear to her that i wanted a soft feminine look. She just had to trim the cut i already had. It wasn't rocket science. To their credit the manager did refund my money and try to fix my hair but it is so short and uneven there is little that can be done. i have to let it grow and let a REAL PROFESSIONAL cut it the next time. She was wrong about the point cut as well. Before they got a hold of my hair it was trained. It took 10 min. Now it takes an hour and still doesn't lay right. NEVER GO THERE. I would like to mention that she also messed up my boyfriends hair and argued with him about it when he told her she wasn't doing it right.

This place is not good. They have $12.00 special on Tues. but only have 1 person there. If that person person is busy they don't even acknowledge that you are there. I was asked why are you here when i came in. I said i came to get my hair cut. (DUH). Very unfriendly, and a big turnover of workers. I have been going there for over a year and they never call me by name. I prefer a scissors cut and they always want to use the dam clippers.I am done!!

I would not recommend this hair salon. I wanted a simple layered haircut, and came out with a uneven chops and blocks. I should have realized when I walked in no one was waiting in line that I should have turned around and went somewhere else.
