Supercuts

My son is 3 and we have gotten several hair cuts with underwhelming results. We just thought this was how it was going to be until we came here! Mandi was sweet and fun best part she actually listened to what I wanted and delivered the perfect hair cut. It was quick and my son had no cuts or nicks. Great place for kids. We will be back regularly !

Needed to cut my kid's hair. Used the app and noticed this site had a 0 min wait time. Booked 2 time slots and arrived to the store on time (w/in 10-12"). A disclaimer in the app indicates you may have to wait longer if there are people already there. Got it. Makes sense to me. Arrived in time with 3 in the chair. Was told it be a few minutes and we'd be up next as she was ending a session. After about 5 mins of waiting, another family walked in, after having booked online. She asked about the wait time because she saw us sitting there. The receptionist stated "well actually, you can go first and then I'll take them." I asked the woman what time her appt was and she couldn't remember . Yeah, right!
She and I had the same disclaimer in the website about wait times. I booked 10mjns before I arrived so I know she could not have been ahead of me...and I was there before her!
Bad service. I decided to rise above and leave. They don't deserve my business anyway.

If you are closing at 550pm instead of 6pm might be nice to advertise that. From the looks of it you missed out on an addition 5 customers.

This is absolutely my worst experience with any service industry over the last 20 years! I went there for a hair cut. The lady who received me was very abrupt and rude. First she shouted towards me: phone number, without even saying hi or greeting me in any way. The moment I sat down she shouted how do you like it cut. I showed her with my both hands to tell her to cut to above ears on both sides. Before I could continue, she shouted again how much? and then repeated how much a few times! Eventually I was not able to continue my interaction with her and I had to stand up and leave the place.

When I asked the name of their supervisor, she said that she was the supervisor. She is a tall Hispanic lady and I will remember her stern and rude looking forever! I would never go to that place again and recommend no one to that place. Eventually I went to my favorite place in Sport Clips nearby. Today is Feb 15 and I was in the store around 5PM! I hope the store manager would fire this rude lady!

Only one thing: you get what you pay for.
Every time I come here they always make the cut uneven. Even after I tell them, they make it worse and even more uneven. Especially the blonde barber that works there: Horrible. Honestly I'm not sure how she even graduated barber school. Just do yourself a favor and go to the Floyds 99 near it.

I guess you really get what you pay for! I went in for a cut and I maid to get my hair styled after and Tracy not only hit me multiple times with the blow dryer but this was the first time I went into a salon and came out looking worse then when I came in. When I asked her to contain the frizz on my hair a little bit more her reply was "that's just how your hair is there is nothing more I can do". I know my hair is hard to manage but if I am paying for a service I would like her to take some time on my hair epically because there was only one other person waiting and the other stylist was going to help him. I also asked her to cut 2 to 3 inches off and when I looked at the floor she did not cut anywhere near 2 inches and it looked like she just cut my bangs based off of the amount of hair on the floor. I will never return there again and I was there to spend money and to find someone to go to on a regular basis.

I called to see if I can get an appointment to get a haircut as soon as I can but all I got was a rude person that hung up on me while I was talking

This salon/store is the best Supercuts in the Chandler area. Have only visited this store on AZ Ave/Ocotillo twice, once in May '14 and again Jan '15 and both visits were excellent services received and haircut exactly as I wanted.

And I visited one other Supercuts in between in those visits, in Oct '14 I went to Alma School/Germann store--big mistake as my haircut was crooked and towards the front was a large amount that was not cut to match the length of the rest of my hair on that side.

So, I will only visit the AZ Ave & Ocotillo salon from now on!! Have had haircuts by two different stylists on each of my two visits here and have been very pleased with the results and the customer service on each visit. Thank you!!

Fantastic service. Staff is friendly and professional. Would HIGHLY recommend. That have always given me an inexpensive, professional haircut. Tell your friends!

Just took my 4 year old in for a cut and the stylist did a fantastic job. We had been going to an over priced kid cut salon but got tired of the wait and price. This location was clean and welcoming. We'll be back!
