Went to go get a simple coffee and it came out tasting like creek water. Not to mention I also ordered a ham and Swiss croissant. A very simple thing to make because all they do is heat it up. Yup that shit was as cold as ever. Cheese wasn't even melted. Do better Starbucks honestly.

I've only visited this Starbucks location a couple times. My most recent trip a week or so ago shows that no attempts have been made to improve this location. It is cramped and dingy. Service is very slow.

I often go to this Starbucks. Today I was disappointed and didn't notice till I got home. I ordered a strawberry lemonade acai with 3 pulps of raspberry syrup. But where are my floating strawberries?

Hardworking staff that doesn't stop until everyone is served and very personable. May take a while due to understaffing. Coffee is great! People need to be more patient. It's impossible to staff businesses like it once was!

I have always passed this Starbucks, but never really had the opportunity to give it a try until the other day. My Mom and I were in the mood for a refreshing drink and a snack.

My Mom got an iced black tea with lemonade and cane sugar, I got an iced passion tea unsweetened with stevia, we each got one cheese stick and the dark chocolate graham cookies to split.

This particular location looks so fancy, I love the exterior. The employees were also super friendly and helpful when I accidentally gave my name for the order rather than my Mom's (we were using her app).

I could smell the delicious coffee through the drive thru window, it smelled heavenly. Smelled like a legitimate coffee house. Beautiful!!!

I definitely would recommend this location again!

This Starbucks is clean and staff is really friendly. I came here with my sister around 330pm on a weekday and it was a little busy but they did not rush us. Our drinks tasted awesome and cant wait to come back.

Nice people and doesn't get too busy around 8:30-9am. Drinks come out on time and there is plenty of parking.

My only complaint and this goes to a few locations now: FILL THE CUP! I pretty much get the same drink every am: Venti Latte (or venti mocchiatto). The cup is always about 1.5-2 inches empty from the top. That would make the drink a grande, so don't charge me for a venti and serve a grande.

Worst Starbucks ever!!!!! Waited 20 min for the worst tasting coffee ever!!! 12 people working and nothing getting done. Very dirty too. Tables are never wiped down and the restroom is disgusting. ITS NOT THAT HARD!!!!!!

The staff here had gotten pretty consistent; there was a huge turnover rate but the workers have been constant factor so that's a big plus. The manager here seems really really invested in what she does and I love that passion. Even though Starbucks is a corporation, I can see that the manager here really likes what she does and she seems pretty well educated on coffee (I've seen her so seminars and stuff). The biggest thing I have against this place is they run out of things which is fine if it's towards the end but, it's been pretty frequent that they will run out of things in the menu by mid-noon.

I understand that coffee is popular but that being said... Once or twice I understand but this many times this early?

Overall though, Horsham location wasn't the best and I preferred to drive out to other place even though this place is the closest to me. I like it now; staff is good, coffee is ok (aside from what I mentioned).
