Rob Levine & Associates

There's nothing that I like about Rob Levine and Assoc. I went with Rob Levine and Associates because I thought they would fight for fair compensation in my rear end auto accident on 8-8-2012. Wrong, it appeared they were only interested in answering the call from the Defendant's Insurance Company. This guy named Peter Morris calls me in July 2013 telling me that they got this awesome offer. An offer was for 1/3 of what I owed for my medical cost in an accident where I was rear ended. I have 3 herniated cervical disks, stage 3 concussion and hearing damage. When I refused the offer, they did nothing. That's when the Defendant's Attorney entered a judgement against me. Meaning that if my case doesn't settle for more than what they offer me then I would be responsible for all of their legal and court costs. Who does that to their Client, Rob Levine does. This Attorney John Windecker at Rob Levine & Assoc made it sound like I created this problem when I found out later it was Rob Levine and Assoc. Then I was called to come in to their office to discuss my case and two Attorneys John Windecker and Ian McCallister tried to humiliate and intimidate me telling me that I was lying and that my injuries were due to a motorcycle accident that I was in. Only problem, I was never in a motorcycle accident and I have never owned and never rode on a motorcycle. They tried to force me into signing a horrible offer from the Defendant's Insurance Company and when I refused, they withdrew from my case. When I changed Attorney's and received my case file I found that Rob Levine & Assoc, upon request from the Defendant's Attorney in preparation for the trial, was supposed to supply my "up to date and complete medical records" Rob Levine & Assoc didn't even have them. The last medical records they had were dated 2015, which was 2 years prior to trial, even though I updated them of all my treatments and medical providers. They never followed up for my current medical records because they had already decided not to. Who does that? A horrible incompetent law firm, that's who! And the defendant's Attorney filed a complaint with the court stating that Rob Levine & Assoc never provided up to date medical records, she was pissed. And when Rob Levine & Assoc went to court to vacate (remove themselves from representing me) Rob Levine & Assoc stated that based on their opinion, with all their professional knowledge and experience that the offer they received in my case was the most that my case was valued at. My new Attorney, he got me substantially more money than that offer. Then there were the charges that were added by Rob Levine & Assoc for a company named Record Retriever's. These charges were $25.00 each and were charged for paying out to obtain my medical records, documents and for using outside vendors for a total of $675.00. Did I mention that Record Retriever's is owned by Rob Levine. When I told the Attorney about the charges he stated that was what they charged. I have that in writing. My contract stated that I was only responsible for "the costs they paid out" for those medical records, documents to any outside vendors. Rob Levine & Assoc had to remove $675.00 of these phony charges from my bill. A total SCAM. NEVER AGAIN. WORST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!! And those 2 Attorney's I previously mentioned, they have since resigned. Rob Levine & Associates THEY SUCK! And hey Rob Levine, if you think I'm lying, you have my address, please sue me so I can expose you.
