He's awful. I was referred by Hyatt Legal through my employer's insurance. I was seeking case advice as a non-resident of New Jersey. The receptionist was rude, but managed to ask for all of my insurance information before having Michael give me a call back.. He called back and was rude, interrupted me many times, seemed very uninterested in my explanations/story, and finally referred me back to whatever my resident state lawyer told me. I am sure that they will bill the consultation time to my insurance. I would not use this guy under any circumstance or refer him.

Unfortunately the matter was not a New Jersey issue, as such the law of her home state governed. Not being familiar with that jurisdiction, I was unable to comment or advise. The insurance info was required before returning call to verify coverage under Hyatt Legal. The only advice I could provide was for her to seek in-state counsel. Neither I nor my staff were rude. The client simply did not care for the result.

Good for nothing. Couldn't even settle a minor traffic ticket without me being at court with him. Bad representation.

All municipal court defendants have to go to court to resolve their issues, unless they are paying parking tickets or fines.
