This is my ABSOLUTE favorite AT&T location. The staff is very attentive and pleasant from the time you enter the establishment.
I had an unpleasant experience calling in to AT&T for assistance. However Brittanie, used great multi-tasking skills and addressed my issue will still helping another customer.
My matter was resolved in a few minutes with her assistance.
I not only will be saving money now as a result of a recovery recommendation made by Brittanie, but it was NOT stressful at all. I was immediately greeted by I Yancey and was provided insight to my inquiry by 3 other team members.
They were all receptive to my inquiry and provided sound advice.

I came into this store a few weeks ago to upgrade my phone. Has been a total nightmare ever since! The staff was friendly however the representative and manager talked me into the First Net plan for first responders, gave me incorrect information. I went back to the store twice within the 2 week period of cancelling and they told me again my plan would go down in price about 30% as well as receiving a free watch and iPad which I said I did not want.
Now they added a new line to my phone and my bill went up $250.53 cents!

this review is NOT for the location but for the in store people they send to target. please be VERY careful and don't let them fast talk you. when you trade in your phone the insurance they offer you is not with the bill. I lost my phone and i called the customer care line and they informed me I couldn't get a replacement because I didn't have insurance. mind you the women who signed me up said it was part of the bill. two days later I get my phone back and I call the customer service and ask them to put insurance on my phone so this doesn't happen again now I'm being told that I cannot put insurance on my phone and have to wait till "open enrollment" to do so. att&t is not in the business of helping its customers it's in the business of taking how ever much they can from you. I cannot wait to pay my phone off and get as far away as possible from them .

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would never recommend this location if it was the only one left. Horrible scam artists. Still not fixed since February will continue to call and report the store daily

I walked into this local At&t store to pay my bill since it was due that day and I was recovering from a recent back surgery procedure. I didn't realize this till At&t texted me to make my payment that very morning. So, I arrived to this location and Delilah was extremely helpful. She showed me what I needed to do and carried me through the entire process. If I need something for my IPhone in the future, I will go out of my way to make sure I arrive at this store.

So... I said I'd be going to Best Buy instead of this store. But... in order to upgrade to a Galaxy S8 and pick up my phone on the same day, I used AT&T's online ordering.
I was told I'd be contacted when the order is ready. Then, hours went by. So... I jumped in an Uber and went to the store.
When there, it became apparent that nobody had prepped my order. No big deal, someone helped me right away and grabbed the phone I had ordered.
And then he started entering info into his iPad. Using his middle finger, held in an unmistakable gesture. And he kept doing it, and (basically) aiming the gesture right at me.
Not sure what to make of it. Was his index finger sore? And besides, why had my order not been prepared hours ago?
Seems not much has improved at this location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0May 1, 2013Previous reviewCertainly not a store that I go to buy choice, the AT&T outpost on Columbus Boulevard in Philadelphia always involves a wait. What it rarely involves is decent customer service.
Today, there were 15 people in line waiting for a rep. As I waited, with headphones on, evidently some other potential customers walked out. I was skipped, thankfully I noticed that my name had disappeared from the television that displayed the queue.
Then, they acted like they were doing me a favor by going ahead and letting me have the spot of somebody else who had bolted. Not a good start, but I might add that there was also not a good finish. When the manager refused to allow me to upgrade to the new Samsung Galaxy, because my upgrade date is still three weeks away, I was quite literally shown the door. I can guarantee that's the last time I walk through that particular door.
AT&T stores loss will be Best Buy's gain. No biggie, with the kind of lines they had over at the AT&T store they are obviously not hurting for customers. But with the kind of customer service they have, they should be. - May 31, 2017Updated review
There are a lot of employees who do not know the current policies or promotions but everytime I come to this store, Tony ( guy with the beard & glasses) comes with a solution to everything! Exellent customer service. Of course closer to an iphone drop and the weekends can get pretty hectic here. Be on the lookout for their headphones and bluetoth speakers. (They have $100 off a Beats solo headphone)

The rep Ashley was great. No one likes going their service provider because it always turn into a two hour ordeal. And it did, but Ashley was quick to help us, and connected with us personally and joked with us and it definitely made being there a lot easier. She gave us all our options and showed patience, even when we decided to switch options halfway through.

Worst employees I've ever encountered in my life they all have horrible attitudes, Because it was such an effort for them to wait on me even though when young woman had her head down on the table I left and went out swear after experiencing attitude

First of all when I walked into the store I wasn't greeted or treated like I was even close to being anywhere near the girl who worked there's priority list. In fact there was just a general sense of burden in the air when I walked in. After that I got roped into a contract with direct tv that damaged my credit score. I was never told that my credit would be ran. When I went back there was nothing they could do. The manager told me "you shoulda just knew". To top it all off I tried to return a phone case three weeks later and they told me I only had 14 days to return it. Which they also didn't tell me about. I will never return to this store. Honestly my experience with the staff at this store makes me unsure about staying with At&T.
