We Love Red Lobster! Just not this location!
As you walk in the smelling carpets greet you. This location looks really rubbed down. As we were seated at a booth the seats sunk and the shade on the window showed it age and dirt.
The service was great! Our waitress was fast and friendly. She is the reason this review would earn any stars. Her service was 5 star great!
My companion had the all you could eat shrimp. They said it was good though they could eat all because they got a good fill the first round! I ordered the lobster duo. When the plate came there was a strong fish odor. I chucked it off to the adjacent table. But, when I took a big bite of the lobster tail it tasted awful!!!!! I had to quickly get a napkin!! I'll spare you the rest of details!! Ughhh
Well here is where our waitress quickly stepped in, called the manger and demanded a fresh one to replace. He apologized and took the tail away. I was so hungry that by the time the tail came back I had finished the plate. Though the other tail was ok it still wasn't fresh. You could taste the freezer taste. Frozen lobster has a different texture than fresh lobster. It satisfied my hunger but it certainly wasn't an enjoyable experience. Definitely one I won't repeat at this location.

My husband had the Admirals feast. I was very greasy with a bad smell. He was sick that evening and next day. I had the stuffed flounder. I could not get thru it for my stomach getting upset as I ate. Took it to go and poor husband tried it 2 days later and it went right thru him. Very bad experience. The waitress and staff were very kind.

We were in Hanover and I had the urge for coconut shrimp. They didn't look busy so we went in. We were disappointed to have to wait. The wait turned into 25 minutes. But that was the worst part about the meal.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here. Noah was our server and he was very attentive, patient, friendly and probably one of the best servers I've ever had. I only write reviews on the best service i receive and his hospitality makes me want to come back to this location.

Walked in during lunch. Got seated quickly, sat and waited over 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. All tables around us were seated after us and already had drinks and rolls on their tables within those 10 minutes. My husband and I got up and walked out.
What's sad is the manager actually sat us at our table and yet with us being within eye sight, never saw us being acknowledged.

Service is almost always friendly and professional.The place is always keep clean. This visit the fried clams were way over cooked. (Dry)The shrimp scampi had enough butter on it for about three orders. (Very oily)It was not a enjoyable meal.and it was to much to complain about. The rest of the meals at the table not much was said. Based on this visit I'm not in a big hurry to come back.

Food low quality for a red lobster. Ordered flounder and it was served with the plastic wrapper sticking to it. Vegetables were cold. Have eaten here about six times and all were disappointing.

This was our first occasion to visit a Red Lobster. Had seen many ads and finally decided to try it with my wife. We had done some looking on the web and decided that endless shrimp sounded like a good idea. Service was prompt and smooth as we continued to eat scampi shrimp. Nice flavor. The Korean style was sweet with a little bit of heat. Alfredo sauce was smooth and tasty. Sides of wild rice and fresh vegetables were well cooked.
No room for desert, as we overdosed on the shrimp.

Firstly, let me just say, I've had a lot of really good experiences at this restaurant in past years. For some reason, the quality of the food here has just spiraled downward. You're better off going to a local seafood place, spending around the same amount and getting more of a fresher selection.
That being said, the service here is always great. The staff is friendly, engaging, and always attentive. Unfortunately, I'm not sure of the whole corporate pyramid behind the Red Lobster chain or their restaurant group, but they definitely cut some noticeable corners in their product choices and preparation techniques.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
