AT&T Store

In July I traded in my Iphone. It was the AT&T store at 155 Dorset St. University Mall in South Burlington Vermont. I kept getting a bill for $550. My salesman was Mark Gibbs. He kept telling me he turned in my phone. He never did. He sent in a Galaxy worth $6.30. My Iphone was worth $800. No matter how many times I have gone to the store,called AT&T emailed prioritycustomer@primecomms.com & called them & left a message NO ONE has gotten back to me! They are still charging me for my Iphone $550 that I TURNED IN. It is so Frustrating & Madding the run around I am going through!! AT&T needs to remove the $550 from my account!! This IS so Wrong & Unprofessional of AT&T!! I DO NOT owe the money!! I turned in my Iphone!! I do not get any help!! This is so upsetting!! AT&T Remove The $550. I will NOT pay it!! I don't understand why they treat customers this way!! They should be going after the salesman Mark Gibbs that did this Freud!! If you go to the AT&T store to trade in or upgrade, BE CAREFUL!!!! Buyer beware in this store. I went in to upgrade my phone, and was fraudulently told that needed to add a line to get the discounted price. I was very clear that I did not want to add a line. I also made it clear that I needed the phone before the weekend (it was Monday). I was told that would be no problem, it would take 2-3 days. When I got home I checked the offer, and it was clear that no new line was required. I checked the order, and it said the phone would arrive in 3 weeks, not 2-3 days. When I called the store back and asked if I could get some written verification that a new line was required to get the deal, I was reluctantly told I could see a printout, but that it could not leave the store. The whole thing was fishy, and I feel I was lied to twice (that I know of) to close the deal. I called AT&T and cancelled the whole transaction. A colossal waste of time.
