This guy! He REFUSES to stop calling. I have never done business with him, never requested information from him, and have asked multiple times for him to STOP calling. He gets very aggressive and yells at me that I (supposedly) requested a quote from him and he will keep calling me. Great. I get it, you're a regular ol' sales guy just trying to get money from people, but c'mon, man.
Maybe if he stopped treating people the way he does he'd have a blossoming business and wouldn't have to irritate anyone else with the constant calls. This guys is really could use a bit of business conduct and entrepreneurship training.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Katie. I'm sorry you are having this experience with someone, but it must be a different insurance agent. I have been in business for about 17 years, but we have done no telemarketing in the past 15 years and I don't market in Bolingbrook. If you find that you have clicked on the wrong person to leave this review with, would you be kind enough to remove it? I have spent many years building my business and we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and doing things the right way. Reviews left on here affect that reputation. Dave has been great to deal with. Had a fire claim and Farmers was great. It was a very stressful time and they made it a lot easier.

Dave Daneliak has been my Farmers Insurance Agent for more than 10 years. Dave, Sue, and Marjie provide knowledgeable guidance and excellent customer service. I have been lucky not too have too many issues with my home or cars, but when things do go wrong, this professional team is quick to respond and ready to help.

Agent is not willing to assist you when you need to make a claim. We have been customers for more than 10 years. In 2014 we were one of the homes which was hard hit be the hail storm that hit all of the homes within a mile of us. None of our neighbors had any problems with their roof claims. Farmers first denied our claim. Then they only wanted to replace the roof on the portions of our house facing west. (Our home has a complicated roofline with many gables.) I requested the help of my agent, Dave Daneliak, but he was of little assistance. After many frustrating phone calls with the 800# and the assistance of the roofing company I was finally able to get a Farmers engineer who did finally accept the full claim on the 4th try. When I recently called to request a copy of my full policy so I could determine if a water leak I have would be covered. (I have owned a home for 23 years, this is only they 2nd time I have even needed to file a claim.) He didn't event let me finish my sentences before he would spew out "Not covered". On December 10th I requested the copy of the full policy from his office. I was told it would take 10 days to get it from corporate. I called back on the 22nd and was told "you know it's 60 pages long, it will take a while to get it." I told him that my printer can print 10 pages per minute so that is only 6 minutes. On the 28th I called again. Still no policy. He said he put in another request; another 10 days. I asked if he could expedite it in any way, he said there was nothing he could do. I get better service from an 800# from Geico! Dave Danieliak = Poor customer service. (IMO - Only wants the profit off of the premiums but doesn't want to work for it!)
