Community Collision

I went in for a quote and was very pleased by Jayson who couldn't have been nicer. He told me to call or come back if I had any questions. I went back the following Friday to book the appointment, but had a simple question about the front spoiler.

I was received by a different, older, unfriendly man. I was told Jayson was in the back, too busy and he couldn't get him. Furthermore, this man couldn't help me because he didn't write the initial quote up.

The worst part is, he told me I should know better than to come in on a Friday because that is when all cars are being picked up and they are too busy to discuss anything with me. He was extremely rude and frazzled. I was the only person in the waiting area at the time and told him I was not in a rush. I explained that I wasn't in the auto body business and could not have known that Friday's were a bad day to ask a question. If he was nicer, I would have gladly came back on a better day. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and they lost my business for ever. I was beyond blown away how someone in a customer service business could treat someone so poorly. If one person can't handle the front desk on a Friday, then perhaps they should higher someone else.

Jason and the staff at Community Collision were great to work with. I walked into their shop Monday afternoon asking for a front drivers side fender liner and attachment clips. Jason immediately went outside and wrote down my vehicles information and returned to his computer. I was there for no more than fifteen minutes and Jason said he located the part and would call me when it was in. He stated total time spent would be no more than twenty minutes.

Jason called me yesterday morning stating the part was in. I drove to the shop and the install was started immediately. Total time spent twenty minutes. Thank you Jason. Excellent customer service and pricing! Definitely recommend this shop.

My car was recently hit about 2 weeks ago and left with some minor front end damage. A neighbor of mine highly recommended that I take my car over to Community Collision as he had an excellent experience with them in the past. So I called and spoke with Jason early one morning and explained that I would like an estimate on the damage as I was uncertain if this would require an insurance claim. Jason was very friendly in stating that I can bring my car in at any time and he would be happy to look at it and write me an estimate. So happy I went there!! Jason looked at my car and honestly explained my repair options. Let me just say, I was happy with the estimate and the timely manner in which my car was repaired.
Lucky for the lady who hit me that I was able to avoid putting this through as a claim against her insurance. I can't thank the team at Community Collision enough for their amazing service.

I have had body work on three different vehicles done at community collision. Body work is truly an art form and the people at community collisions are really fantastic. On my most recent repair I had a bumper replaced, hood refinished, and dings in my doors removed. My car looks brand new. If you are looking for a great body shop, look no further.

I used them last year for a $5,000 repair to my car. They were awesome ... my car had been damaged by a tire that flew off a backhoe and came around and hit the back of my car. It was done in a reasonable amount of time ... it was fixed perfectly. I was impressed and will definitely return to them.

Friendly service, dealt with the insurance for me, did not cut corners and properly repaired the damages to my car. My only complaint is the lack of communication to let me know the car was ready. They called the insurance and car rental companies and told them the car was ready but forgot to call me. It wasn't until I followed up with the car rental company that I learned the car was ready and this cost me three additional days with the rental car which I had to pay for out of pocket.

I had a really bad experience with Community Collision. I got an estimate for repair and paint of a few dents caused by hail that insurance would cover. I agreed with the estimate and the work that would need to be done. I left for a trip with the expectation that it would be done by the time I returned two weeks later. Instead, while I was away, they decided they would only do the minimum- just repair the dents and not paint or complete the work they had promised during the estimate. They didn't try to contact me at any point to approve of the work or agree to this change. Instead, they only completed the bare minimum of the work, and I came back, after giving them two full weeks to complete the work, and found the work wasn't done. I ended up having to go elsewhere for this service. I was extremely disappointment and would not recommend this body shop.
