I was in this place today. Both attendants , Jacob and Kenneth, were rude.
Jacob sounded more approachable but Kenneth is total rude and acted like a thug. I beleive he is a thug.
When I got in the store to pay for gas, Jacob was helping another customer Kenneth was free and talking to the same customer who Jacob was helping.
Kenneth did not pay any attention to me even when I called him to help me.
They did not give me the phone number for the manger/owner when I asked them to do so. Kenneth was extremely rude. People at this place used to be nice and polite to the customer. I guess not any more. Will not go to this place in the future. Totally rude with minorities.

This place has one of the best robot car washes in the realm. This is a great place for those times when you realize late at night that you have someplace important to go tomorrow morning thus you need a carwash right now this second.
Drive on over and let the washing robots work their magic until your car is sparkling clean-ish. They also have a fabulous rain check policy, which they do honor, in which you get a free car wash if it rains right after you got your wash and you come back soon with your receipt (the exact rules are posted at the entrance of the carwash area).
You should pay for your carwash before you enter it - either pay at the counter or pay when you buy gas, because the credit card machine at the entrance of the car wash is usually broken and you probably don't have exact cash on you. Also, they make you watch a scary, creepy video with a Stepford mother and daughter before each wash. I advise touching the "skip" button.
The downsides of this place are that the gas prices aren't as cheap as those at the nearby Costco. Additionally, cops seem to like to pull people over and make them drive inside of the parking lot of this gas station for the confrontation to discuss what the driver did wrong, which makes me feel a bit nervous.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Kurt Z.Aliso Viejo, CA05Oct 18, 2019
I've never been more disgusted with customer service in my life. The night cashier Ricardo went out of his way to make sure I never come back here. The car wash wasn't drying cars at all because the large swing-down blower wasn't working. Ricardo basically called me a liar and said if I don't like how the machine works I shouldn't come here. I've been coming to this shell station for years and get gas and car washes regularly. And now, solely because of Ricardo, I will never be back. I will tell everybody I know to never come here. DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION!!!! For gas or anything else. Kind of sad because I just downloaded the Shell app and the Fuel Rewards app...only to delete them the next day. Shame on the owner and Ricardo.

I went to Shell to fill my car up with gas and get a car wash like I do every week. The gas pump asked me if I wanted a car wash and I pressed yes and I always get the $11 Ultimate Car wash. I was done pumpkins gas and looked at my receipt and it didn't charge me for my car wash so I went in to pay for it. Ricardo was the clerk who wasn't that welcoming but what are you going to do, I was just buying a car wash. I went in to the car wash and as I'm driving in the undercarriage spray started to work but stopped as soon as I pulled in. I come every week so I know exactly what it's supposed to do. The rest of the wash is fine but I feel like I didn't get what I paid for so I went in to let Ricardo know. I want to know if something isn't right at my business so I told him exactly what happened. The first thing he did was try to lie to me and say that they don't do the undercarriage no more. I showed him on his sign that that is not true and showed him where it was. It's a car wash and it's not that big of a deal but if they are going to ask me to upgrade, then I should get what I pay for. He tells me that there is nothing that he could do. He was basically calling me a liar and said he was going to have to check the cameras and to call his boss tomorrow. I think he should have given me a refund or at least gave me a wash for a later date. Or gave me the extra $4 back that I paid for the upgrade bad customer service from Ricardo.

One star for this location, one because they I can't give a half of a Star.
Attending cashiers are not friendly and the inside looks like a ghost town. Trifling products and offerings in the store. Once was a NICE south county style gas station, now, more like something off the 395 freeway.
I bought 2 bags of Pork Skins at $1.50ea... BOTH I repeat both were STALE. Took them back. The Cashier would not let me exchange them without a receipt. I have spent THOUSAND of dollars here for gas (no more will I). I drive a big ass truck that takes a minimum of $86 to fill with Premium.
Great location - horrible SERVICE. It shouldn't be this difficult to exchange stale food!
I didn't keep the receipt for the 2 bags of pork skins because I had planned on eating them both that day.
So was directed to call the manager for returns. Are you kidding me? A whole ass $3 and the cashier doesn't have authority to exchange? $3???

The only reason they get 2 stars is because some of the people that work there are nice. One of the night attendants is super duper rude, she takes long breaks where she smokes the most offensive smelling cigarettes. She smokes off to the side on some benches right next to the vacuum area. Sat in my car 30 minutes waiting for her to go back in. But, nope, just sat and smoked and joked around with some other employee. After 30 minutes passed I wrote this review and there she sat, smoking, watching me wait for her to leave so I can vacuum my car. Now l am leaving with my car un-vacuumed..

I want to know why after purchasing gas at this station, there were
other unauthorized gas transactions that happened in succession in the amounts of the following??
$14.09 5/1 that was me, then all of a sudden

$125.00 5/2 (shows up in Norwalk?)
$125.00 5/1 (shows up in Carson?!)
$124.09 5/5 ( shows up in Long Beach?!!)
$125.00 5/6 ( again ??)
My gas cannot fill up that frequently wtf!~

Their pay at the pump system is unusually slow and often does not work. The system freezes and the transaction process must be restarted. I just spent ten minutes getting through the steps (reward card, payment selection/credentials, octane selection, car wash selection) only to have no fuel available. When I walked inside, the cashiers were clueless so I left.

It's a decent gas station with a nice car wash and well-stocked convenience store. The only thing is this: sometimes I roll in around 6:15am and multiple pumps just...don't pump. I try to make sure I've set everything properly and haven't crashed the pump system (it LAGS), etc, but I end up having to hop pumps. This morning, I tried 2 pumps before I found one that would pump gas into my car. This isn't an issue in the evening or late afternoon, but it also isn't an issue at any gas station I've visited in my life.

Worst car wash ever. Pay for the ultimate car wash package if you enjoy an unnecessarily slow moving line, complete with no drying after the wash and water spots all over your car afterward!
