Red Lobster

My last visit was just underwhelming. I ordered steak and lobster for almost $40. The steak is what I would have expected from dennys... thin and small, and overcooked.
Then the lobster tail.. if you want to call it that. More like a crawdad. No lie, mine was the same size as my two thumbs out together. Like 4 bites.
I chose a baked potato. I didn't know baked potatoes could grow that small. It was super tiny. I thought I was being punked. Tast? Everything was alright... just the size of my meal was definitely not worth what I paid.

Let me be honest: I didn't even eat here.

Why? My partner and I walked in on a Sunday night, eagerly waiting to get sat. To our frustration, there wasn't a single employee in sight to greet/seat us. To give it the benefit of the doubt, there wasn't a sign to tell us to seat ourselves if that was the case.

After waiting a few minutes, we decided to leave. I guess this location didn't want our business. If my experience was that poor from the get go, I can't imagine how bad it would be if we actually did get sat.

Yikes.

Snow Crab Legs with garlic butter, my favorite and the Tuesday daily special. I've ordered this several times. Each time was consistently good.

Boy has dining at RED LOBSTER CHANGED ! I used to love getting the coconut shrimp with the coconut, pineapple sauce. No longer available. They have listed on the menu: Shrimp Coconut mini bites. Don't order it you'll be dissatisfied !!!! Breaded salad shrimp. Ughh !

So sad & disappointing !

Sunshine was our waitress last night. Second time we have had her, and she is awesome! The food was good, the wait was a little long about 25-30 minutes for just my husband and I. We eat here about every 6 weeks and have not had a bad experience yet.

My sister and I went here for dinner last night. We were very pleased with the service and the food. Everything was cooked perfectly! Our waiter was great always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back to this Visalia location. Great experience.

Haven't been here in years and just getting out to have lunch with my husband. We were warmly greeted by the host. He was pleasant and loves the Lord! That was evident and we were thrilled!! Waitress was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious!! Presentation was

The food was delicious but our male server was rude and unapologetic. He was clearing the plates off the table before we were done eating. I had the unlimited shrimp and he would not let me order another set without finishing what I had on my plate. Wow I have not heard that one yet. He was plain rude which made me feel uncomfortable.

1/2 Star.. what happened to this place. It use to be customer friendly and the food use to be fabulous. Our visit last night was no where near what it use to be. Front host "you guys, come with me!" If you took our name down, why not call us by names? Server was hit and miss, our drinks were empty, but good thing we got that last refill when we got the bill. The food was not the same, taste and quality are missing. The restaurant environment is dark in the back room area. You can be easily forgotten.

Found mold on my Parmesan cheese, told server and he just wrapped it and threw it away and asked if I still wanted the salad even after saying no I still got charged for it.
corporate told me to email them after posting on Instagram and no one's gotten back to and it's been a week
