360 Remodeling

My husband heard my cries about how ugly the outside of our home looked. The exterior paint was dirty the roof was dirty, gross and leaked a little bit. My husband heard about 360 Remodeling, Inc. on the radio one morning while taking our daughter to school and decided to call. He called and left a message and within two hours was contacted and an appointment was scheduled. The representative who came out was named Mike. Mike explained everything about the painting/roofing process and we were sold. We also purchased French and Sliding glass doors. The roof and painting process took about two weeks. The guys who worked on our home were professional, friendly and did everything exactly how we requested. We are very please with their work! We were told our doors would be delivered on July 8th, in which they were and installed by Luis and Eddie two friendly, funny and professional men. We're so pleased with the overall experience and the outcome of our beautiful home! I would definitely recommend 360 Remodeling Inc. to family, friends and our neighbors who have driven by during and after the process and requested a card/information. Thanks again 360 Remodeling for everything, our house is now a home again!

I had an extension to my driveway with pavers by Roy and his crew headed by Martin. They performed the task in a day and a half with excellent results. The attention to detail and the clean method of work was greatly appreciated. Excellent choice of contractors! highly recommended.

Had our windows done by this company. Paid a pretty penny didn't question the price just wanted a good job done. For the most part did a great job but they installed a bent screen and their crew knew it heard them talking about it when I called the rep to see if they can replace they said yet and never heard back. Called the office a few times talked to office lady said they were going to replace and never did. It's not a big deal it's a screen but when you pay full price for a product with a contractor you would think it's going to come out hood not half done.

So I posted that I got a new kitchen. I went to open a drawer that had different size bags of Ziploc bags guess what the whole drawer came out like it was made with the most cheap wood possible. The drawer literally came apart as I opened it. not what you expect when you spend 20 grand for a remodel. it's really sad that they charge you this much money for the cheapest materials meaning the cabinets. I'm so sad.

We paid $12,500 for a "Lifetime" paint job in 2015 . After two years, the paint job was pulling away from the house as shown in the photos. It was due to poor preparation and workmanship. They came out and repaired it, using the same paint, even though I told them that the leftover paint was pretty much dried and unusable. It looked good when the left, but as you can see in the photos, this is how it looks now, 5 years later. First contacted them back last April and they would not respond. It took until June to receive a text from Pauline at 360 Remodeling. Finally received a call from Drake 7 months later, who promptly informed me that it is not covered. First he spun it as a leaking pipe and that the water was coming from inside and causing the paint to lift away from the house. When I informed him that there are no pipes in that wall, he blamed it on a sprinkler. When I pointed out that the job was not done correctly from the get go, he became combative and went on to say that it had been lifting for a while and we did nothing about it. When you have to wait 7 months from the time you contacted the company until you get a text back for a possible repair, only to be told that you should have called within 60 days upon noticing the lifting for it to have been covered, it screams of a company that gladly over charges for a job and doesn't back up the warranty. I have the text to prove what I'm saying and will post once 360 responds, if they bother. Don't bother trying to make this right 360, I'll pay to get it sand blasted and have a normal paint job for a fraction of the cost. This review stays here. Zero stars.

Don't waste you money with this company.

Never finished my roof with the gutters. Promised they would come back and reinstall our gutters, etc. Never sent the warranty sheet for the roof. Needed to complete full payment before they gave us the warranty sheet, which they never did. Trust me, stay away from this company. 100% Scammers.

We paid a great deal of money to have our house painted with their special insulating paint. The paint job was fine, the guys who painted we great and professional. However, a year later, the paint has began lifting off the house and their "lifetime guarantee" apparently just means lip service and ignoring phone calls. Because of the special paint we can't just touch it up and they are "just so busy and can't schedule someone to come out".

I would not recommend paying for this company to do anything because once the job is complete their customer service goes to hell and they will no longer follow through with their warranties and promises.

I am happy to give 5 star rating to 360 remodelings. I had 20 windows and 5 outside doors that I replaced on my house. There was a mixture of 1948 and 1996 vinyl and wood frame windows and French doors that needed replacing. It was a fairly complicated job and I was on a fairly tight budget. Gary and Frank Works very hard creatively figuring out a way to give me a solid value for my money by mixing brands between the windows and the doors to make sure I ended up with products that would last the test of time period the installers supervised by Gus were swift precise poised clean officiant and expert in every movement and operation. They did an outstanding job and I'm ecstatic with the result.

Having had a great experience with 360 remodeling years ago, I recently recommended them to friends of 50 years Mel & Rose in Ventura CA, as they needed a new roof for their house.
I'm writing this review on their behalf, as they don't believe in computers, internet, or social media (they still get their newspapers and pay their bills in person, and I still love them!), but they absolutely loved 360 remodeling so much that they asked me to write reviews for them.
As they were almost done with the roof, M & R approached 360 Remodeling to discuss a fresh exterior paint, as well as new doors and windows, and sure enough in less than 2 weeks they got a brand new looking house.
Mel and Rose, I promised you that you will be pleased with 360 Remodeling, and Pat, Amy, and the whole crew, thank you for making my friends happy. Keep up the GREAT work!

I posted a negative review about 360 remodeling in Burbank CA and Patrick responded that there was no one by my name in their data base. That's a pretty convenient response considering my appointment was on March 23 2021 at 10:30 with my mother present also.

Very High pressure Extremely expensive

Took time off work to make an appointment. Confirmed the appointment. They called me an hour and a half before my scheduled time to reconfirm the appointment, I told them yes I am here waiting. She then asked if my husband was home. I informed her that he had an emergency and had to leave. The woman told me since my husband would not be here they would not send out a rep. I understand in sales you want to have everyone present to make a quick decision however not even giving me the information or a quote and wasting my time is not okay.

Seems like very high pressure company. Don't waste your time booking an appointment for an estimate.
