I've been going to 32 Dental for years now. I met Dr Kevin and Dr Krisitian back in high school and I am so proud of them and their dentistry. They have modern/top notch equipment, great big space which includes their expansion space, the dental assistants, dentists and receptions are the best. Everyone is helpful and welcoming. They explain the services and billing breakdowns before scheduling any procedures. The type of care and quality they provide is amazing. Everything is well sanitized and equipment is always new and updated. I love it here

Dr. Kristian,
I appreciate you finding the time to write long paragraphs in response to my review. In which you and your colleages should take the same amount of quality time and effort but to talk with each patient and explain things throughly. Without rushing and aiming for crowns and walking on to the next patient.
Also your dental office doesn't need to call each time someone cancels unless we request them to do so. It seems rather pushy! Keep in mind that rushing the work to be done is not a way to keep a patient. Your front staff obviously doesn't inform you of the amount of patients that are leaving and have left your dental office.
It's not surprising that you didn't took my review (feedback) very well including of those who gave you the same amount of stars. You even took more of your time and effort to read all of my reviews. It's a shame that you dont take that same amount of time with your patients and listen to their concerns. I hope you give each review that's given to your buisness some thought and reflect what your dental office can do better without sounding sarcastic.

Firstly, we want to assure you that our primary goal is to provide the best dental care to our patients. We follow a strict code of ethics and professionalism, and our treatment plans are always based on the individual needs and oral health care of our patients.
If you believe that you were recommended uncessary treatment, we sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. We strive for 100% transparency and patient education during every visit. It's important to us that our patients fully understand their treatment options and make informed decisions.
Regarding appointment availability, we do our best to accommodate our patients' schedules. Having our office open 6 days a week and during the evenings ensures that all our patients receive timely dental care.
Regarding crown work, dental crowns are a common and a necessary procedure to restore damaged teeth. Our recommendations are ALWAYS based on the assessment of your oral health, and we prioritize the longevity and quality of our dental work. If you should ever question our treatment plan options or need further clarity... PLEASE don't hesitate to ask and we can go over intraoral pictures and radiographs to help you understand what and why certain treatment options were diagnosed.
We are constantly striving to improve our services, and your feedback is interesting in that it involves overhearing patients having their crowns come off and accountability. If you'd be willing to discuss your concerns further, you can start off with letting us know your real name and giving us the oportunity to discuss and address any "specific" issues you encountered during your visit.

Thinking you have no idea that you know that they are ful of it. Yes they will try to tell you a convincing story and see if you fall for it. Then they be pushy about it and pressure you to get it done. Now I understand why so many people cancel on them and never come back. That also explains to why they have so many openings for appointments and constantly call you to set something up. I have noticed from the times that I have been there so many people complaining about their crowns coming off and they always seem to blame the patients before taking accountability that their quality of works sucks! Instead of 32 dental they should be call crown dental no joke because that is all they seem to want to do on people. Beware or you'll see it for yourself and regret it later. Think of me when you hear the word crown and hope you dont come across my review too late!

I'm looking for a new dentist!

Customer service is really not inviting. Associates rude and very not helpful don't give options or solutions to customers. Seems like they don't care for actual customers sadly. I don't recommend this business go where you are valued and not just taken as a transaction. Very unfortunate due to living in the community.

Okay I hate going to the dentist. I get bad anxiety before an appointment l. I hadn't gone to the dentist in about 10 years because of it. I found this place on yelp, I've always passed by it but never thought anything of it until I seen the reviews. I went for a cleaning and X-rays in April and I was terrified and anxious days before the appointment and once I got there everyone was super nice to me. The X-ray tech was nice and talked to me throughout the whole process of getting the X-rays which took about 10 minutes. The hygienist was nice and gentle and made the cleaning almost painless. I've gone in for a crown and two fillings as well last month and they made the whole process so easy and painless. They have Netflix for you if you want, which I opted for during my crown. It was a nice distraction. The place is so clean. They accept insurance and have brochures for a credit card. Love the staff there! My anxiety isn't as bad since coming here.

I gave a four because scheduling. My appointment was changed three times without discussing with me first. The dentist and assistant were absolutely the best. My daughter usually doesn't do so well at the the dentist. These two were attentive to her and my daughter said you guys are my friends right, they both responded yeah were friends now. So nice and welcoming while completing the dental work.

I scheduled appt they call a few days ahead I said my dental benefits start on the first not yet reflecting. She calls a day ahead of appointment let's me know it's still not reflecting but there will be a 50 dollar cancellation fee. I was stuck between paying 87.00 or the cancellation fee. They did not explain this when I told the receptionist 3 times that my benefits start on the first. If I can bring a print out would that help. Then I had an appt scheduled for Saturday the 8th and it was rescheduled by someone without even telling me so I wasted my Saturday putting things off cause I didn't want to miss my appointment. My daughter has a lot of dental work needed and the receptionist did not break it down to me I had to ask why and game plan the best budget. Not helpful and I feel my appointment was canceled
Once again an issue with scheduler Karen. I received a text confirming a 2:00 appt then I confirmed. Two days later I received a text confirming a 12:50 appt. Never once did Karen call me to check if it was ok she did it without me knowing. I had Dawn as my dental hygienist a couple of weeks ago. She was the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She was really patient and really took her time to make sure my teeth were clean. I had left over glue from 20 years ago on my front teeth from retainers and she cleared them and made my front teeth as smooth as possible. I couldn't believe that was possible the way she did it. Best part of all, I was never drowning from water, she suctioned very promptly and there was no pain. Best experience I've had. I was really impressed. Thanks again Dawn. :)

Beautiful clinic, fancy equipment. But either the staff lacks ability to employ different techniques or they just really want to push crowns as much as they can.
They do have an in-house machine that makes them. So I'm assuming that is what they will focus on.

The first dentist I have ever been to who didn't do the whole upsell thing at the end of the appointment. Very modern office and I appreciated the TV that allowed me to watch Netflix while I sat through my cleaning.
