Takeout Fail. Delivered by DoorDash from the "Copper Mug" in Grants Pass Oregon. It's supposed to be pulled pork poutine. DISGUSTING! They failed in delivering my order and they failed on what food they delivered. Won't try them again!

I'd give 0. The bartenders are h*lla rude. I walked out of the bathroom and as I stepped out the ug*y one with fake t*ts... christy I think her name is? Almost bumped into me as I was stepping out and gave me the ugliest look and said " you need to watch where the f*ck you're going". They Jip you in your drinks for the price too. I've seen multiple of them give way more juice or ice than alcohol. The inside looks very nice so it's sad the environment isn't matched

If you want to smell cheap and sweaty body spray and experience daft service, take a plunge.
Ps/ do not be fooled by the professional photoshoot of the food. I didn't see the cook wash their hands after getting all touchy feely with the patrons...Helpful 5Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nichole A.Grants Pass, OR03Feb 20, 2023
Best spot for a Bad Moms night out. Christy is a phenomenal bartender along with Amber. I don't think they ever stopped grinding while we got to visit and kept the drink line moving. The drinks were spot on and so were the vibes.

Started off across the street at Red Robin. Rolled in at 7:40pm and the hostesses said they could get us in before closing time at 8pm. Well closing time came around and then they proceeded to come outside where we were waiting and told us sorry they were closed and couldn't serve us, and quickly went back inside. Awesome.
So I looked up the closet location that was open and found this establishment. I wasn't really in the mood for a bar scene, but let me tell ya, the food was amazing! I'm kind of a burger snob, and I would rate their burger at a 9.5......WAY better than the blasé' place across the street. So glad that the rude hostesses from Red Robin led us here!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Alaa K.Grants Pass, OR102274Jul 18, 2021
Do you like being cut in line and ignored? Do you love food poisoning? The music was loud garbage and the food was even worse. Avoid this place unless you like living on the edge, coz it's straight trash!!

I stumbled into Grants Pass for a family birthday party that closed out at the wee Saturday night hour of 8:30pm, so the wife and I decided we could prop our eyes open for a bit longer and explore the nightlife. There ain't much, but we found an off-the-beaten path place called the Copper Mug. It reminds me of the great neighborhood bars in the San Francisco area where locals can get great drinks, creative gastro pub specials and community engagement. The menu includes a variety of poutine, from classic to amped up. Ciabatta burgers, pulled pork and fish sandwiches round out page 2. I tried the homemade chicken soup that had been simmering all day - fantastic. It's simple comfort food but I'd come here for lunch twice a week if I was a local.

Hubster and I had a terrific early dinner yesterday at The Copper Mug on Redwood Highway in Grants Pass.
I got a shrimp Po Boy on a toasted Hoagie roll with freshly brewed ice tea and fries; the better half had a GP cheesesteak with chili and a beer. Both were made by the owner and cook and sooooo good!
There are daily specials, too -- yesterday's was rib eye steak, baked potato and salad, and I'm told that the clam chowder is amazing.
Our server was sweet and accomodating, even turning the volume down on the music when I requested it. Also, lots of parking in the back.
I also appreciated that the mask mandate/social distancing were being followed by ALL.
There are a couple of downsides, which weren't a big deal to us but could be for others.
First, this is primarily a bar -- in fact, the bar takes up an entire wall. So, minors are absolutely not allowed to enter, at all.
Second, we're pretty much all about the food when we go out to eat. Atmosphere is nice, but not crucial. And, the atmosphere here is pretty meh. It's just one big room with a few tables and some interesting looking powder blue velveteen chairs to sit in, with low tables.
It would be great to have a few more "regular" tables and chairs!
Only because of the latter, I'll give Copper Mug a very solid 4 out of 5 stars.
We'll be back soon!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Kevin R.Central Point, OR321Jun 19, 2021
The owners Cody and Rebecca are great people not to mention the food, drinks and atmosphere are on point!
