24/7 Speedy Locksmith Chicago

Do not call!!! This company is actually a dispatch answering service who then dispatches a locksmith company in the Chicago area. I was told 30-40 minutes and I waited 2 hours for the tech to arrive. I had multiple phone calls with the tech who lied to me about a realistic ETA. He told me he was 10 minutes out, only for him to arrive 50 minutes later. They charged me over $300 for a simple lock out. Took the guy all of 2 minutes once he arrived. He advised it was so expensive because I called the dispatch service rather than calling a lock smith directly. Save yourself the time and money and call an actual lock smith.

Great service. Steve arrived quickly. He was professional and made the whole experience less stressful than it should have been. Price was fair and affordable.

I can't reccomend this service highly enough. Hands down the absolute best locksmiths in the city. 5 stars.

I needed my car unlocked and had no idea who to call. Thank god for this service, they had a technician out on site right away. And the price was unbeatable! I couldn't believe it! Excellent, professional, friendly service. 5 stars!

Although they were able to help us out I'm disappointed in the discrepancy of price quoted when I called...my 75 year old father locked himself out of his running car. I called, described the situation and the car year, model, everything. I was quoted $85. I had to leave for an appointment - when I called my dad he said the guy was here in about 25 minutes or so and charged him $95 plus $19. I called back the next day to ask about the difference in price quoted vs. billed price. I was told the $85 was just an estimate. I was not told that when I called and I was not notified of the service charge. In all the pricing isn't too out of line - I would just prefer to have an honest assessment up front instead of feeling a taken advantage of.

*in response to response - JUST TELL ME WHEN I CALL - that it's an estimate and that there is a fee - I specifically asked those questions on my initial call. It's deceiving.

Amazing! He was here almost immediately, VERY speedy! Extremely curtious and polite. Not only did he manage to get the broken key out but also cleaned and repaired everything to ensure it wouldn't happen again. Could not be more pleased! Very happy I chose them and will definitely be using them again for any other issues. Highly recommend!

24/7 Speedy Locksmith for the win. I can't believe how great the service was, it was simply incredible, fantastic, unbelievable. Again and again I'd recommend them to anyone who needs lock service. Don't even think about anyone else, these are the guys you want. Best in Chicago.

Unfortunately i locked myself out of my car before work, i heard about 24/7 Speedy Locksmith so i gave them a call and they had someone out to me within thirty minutes. Steve has my car unlocked in less than a minute and no damage to my car. 10/10 recommend

Best locksmith experience ever! I was locked out of my apartment (spare key had been stolen) and Steve was here within 15minutes of calling, ready to help. Super friendly attitude which was much needed as I was really stressing out. Started inspecting and replacing the lock right away.

This is the speediest customer service I have ever experienced, would highly recommend this company for any locksmith needs. Super reasonable pricing, very quick response and service times, and amazing employees. Steve really saved the day and I can't thank him enough.

Steve showed up on time, called early, and was incredibly helpful in changing the locks on my client's rental unit. He did so in record time also. I highly recommend and will use them again!!
