Park at Deerbrook

I've lived with my boyfriend here when I have had to relocate between homes myself. Everyone is nice in management & in the community but I would say to have low expectations:

Upon move in, the fridge had no shelves & the dishwasher was missing the sprayer attachment. Obviously the apartment did not have a walk through by property management.

He was offered a washer & dryer by December. Its now April. Why even offer applicances and not fall through with them. Not having them wouldve been fine when he asked, but then he never received them. Ofc he no longer asked anymore on when they would arrive..

Last, a maintenance appt was made & the day they were scheduled we were both working. 10 minutes prior to the office closing, management stated they could not enter due to the door being locked. Very strange when property managers should have keys to enter every apartment.

Though my boyfriend wouldn't complain to anyone, it's definitely been an unreliable experience for his first place. He would say its ok, I personally would not recommend here.

The apartment community is very nice. The community is always kept clean and is also very lit up at night. They have a great view from the 3rd floor. They do have patios so I enjoy going outside to get fresh air at night. The one bedrooms are very spacious. They do have black cabinets and black appliances. I just moved in and I love it. I recommend this apartments amazing. They have a beautiful pool and. Great gym to work out. Restaurants are close by to if you would like going walking. It's very nice and is gated. The community has great staff always willing to help you. I recommend it I give it a 100!!

My husband and I have been a resident for almost three years and in those three years we have never received any type of incentive to renew our lease. I'm also disappointed with the maintenance response time. I placed a call about my clogged toilet and the maintenance guy told the rep that I have 2 toilets and I only have 1 the fact that I had to argue about what's in my apartment is crazy. This is getting out of hand instead of better. Nothing has changed we from Bad to Worse.!!! This is another complaint that I have to make known about this apartment complex. A little over a month ago a member of management was out due to COVID-19 and the staff failed to notify and of the residents of this. I know that I have personally been in contact with the person and I had to find out from a after hours call service when I placed a maintenance request. This puts the community as a whole at risk and the member of management is back work. The next complaint is the said manager put a loose lightbulb at my front door. She didn't knock or have it in any container just one loose bulb. I placed my request at 4:23 pm on Friday 07-31-2020 she dropped it off after 6pm . When I question why it was done like that she acted like she did me a favor. Please Help

Ive been living here since may '17 and I made a great choice. Affordable living in a great community. With a great location there's plenty to explore. The mall, entertainment, grocery stores, and a gym is all at your doorstep.

This complex is comfortable and safe. I have been here for 4 years and the office staff and maintenance have been wonderful and professional. They listen to your concerns so you can't help but feel like this is home.

Park and Deerbrook is such a pleasant place to live. I love all of the amenities that come along with the apartment. It's close to the mall and lots of restaurants. Perfect location!!!
