Like all other reviews left I came here with my husband and kids and left just feeling less than impressed. My husband recently got back from deployment and off course while he was gone his speaker on his phone stopped working. We came here on Saturday ready to get an upgrade and were just kind of brushed off and told to call about his insurance on the phone. Well obviously there was no quick fix and being that the closest Apple store is a little over 2 hours away we decided to head back in Monday and just let them know we just wanted to go ahead and go with getting a new phone. My husband is military so having a working phone is just a necessity.
When we went back in it was the same lady from the day before who helped us. And omg was she slow! We spent a good 2 hours just getting a new phone and let me tell you being there with 2 kids was just painful. There was no sense of urgency and we just never really felt like valued customers here. Staff is just overall unfriendly and make you feel like a burden to them. But like I said the phone is a necessity so I bit my tongue and dealt with the misery of getting my husband a new phone.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 5Oh no 0Business owner information

i went to an AT&T to get my new phone. my only problem is i only had one option of a phone i could get. i only could get iphone 12 (im happy i got it and i love it!) but i went to try and buy the iphone 13 pro max. but the employees were so funny and nice! i loved em! but i did choose for them to set it up so it took a bit longer. but thats fine!

My man Michael was awesome! Great customer service. Super friendly. Traded in my old iPhone for one of the newer ones. Also added my wife to my line and cashed in on a free phone because of my trade in. He made the whole process so easy for us. If you go to this store, ask for Michael!

Horrible customer service. As I was there, the whole time the lady assisted me with an bad attitude and even went as far as telling a guy coworker that I'm wasting her time! I would give zero stars if it were possible.

Went in for two upgrades, there was only one guy working so it definitely was a wait, beside that he was very helpful, fast and friendly. didn't have my phone there so it was transferred from another store got it the same day. Happy customer.

I came in yesterday to request a device unlock for my husband's phone with military orders, the lady I talked to with a raised voice told me "WE DONT DO THAT IN THE STORE. I DONT KNOW WHO TOLD YOU WE DO. Even if we did it'll take months for your husband's phone to be unlocked" so I left. Called AT&T customer service, told me phone would be unlocked within 48-72 hours. Went home, decided to upgrade a line, did an online order for curbside pickup at this location. Called 2 hours later to make sure the phone was ready for pick up (says "ready for pick up" on order status) and the same lady I talked to earlier answers the phone and didn't bother to even CHECK and just says "we didn't get any online order today so you need to check your email". I did. It says READY FOR PICK UP. I call back not even 5 minutes later and another sales rep picks up, asks for the name on the order and tells me it's been ready. Now, lady, if you don't want to do actual work and just fiddle on your damn phone all day, don't come in. Easy.

Worst customer service ever. Two females were there supposedly "working" but were on the phones and singing songs. Not even a "welcome, will be with you in a couple of minutes".

If I could give this store less than one star i would. I was lied to multiple times but workers AND management and not giving the correct information. Now because of this MY credit is being affected. THANK you to the workers at AT&T.
