Drinks are great and the food is phenomenal!!! 10/10 would recommend if you're looking for BBQ and good drinks.

664151110255Jan 13, 2024I met one of my friends at this bar and grill. It was black-owned, so I wanted to try it. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted, and we sat at the bar. Shawnn was our bartender, and she was very nice. I started with the long island iced tea, and I wasn't a fan of the first one. I sent it back and got another one which I liked. My friend got a cocktail, which she said was very sweet. For our meals, I got the quarter chicken with mac and cheese and string beans. My friend got the pulled pork with beans and macaroni and cheese. I liked the chicken with the sauces they gave but was not a fan of the mac and cheese and the string beans. My friend said the same for her meal. The check was affordable. All in all, I had just an ok experience.

I was very impressed by this visit. I ordered the 1/2 rack of ribs w that came with 2 sides. I asked for baked beans and Mac and cheese. Delicious. I was very satisfied. I don't eat bbq sauce and I must say these ribs were so flavorful without it.
The meal also came with a piece of cornbread on the side. I can tell you, I'm not an 100% cornbread fan. I will admit, this one was amazing. Soft, sweet, and cakey. I enjoyed.
Someone went and picked up the order for me so I can't comment on what the place looked like. I also don't know first hand how the service was but I don't think this person has any issues.
I will be back to check it out. I see the scenery and to eat all food. Oh wait !!! Can't forget. I also ordered the cheese steak eggrolls that I didn't take a pic of. Delicious a bit small but so good.

Small spot with about 4 tables and a bar. We happened to snag a table. We were not approached upon arrival, we just chose an open table and sat. We were then addressed. Was given menus to look through.
What I noticed when I walked in the place was that it was small. The bar is near the door so there were many people standing near the door as you come in. Had to mention that part. So again, very small spot. They had karaoke that day we were there but we didn't participate in it so I didn't see the area in which the karaoke was held. It was a different section. People were stepping outside to go there. So don't know if it was actually outside or up some stairs on a different floor or what. I do know that I may go there again just for some karaoke.
Anyways when we got the menu, saw somethings I researched before but also saw some things that I didn't see before that I wanted to try. The cheesesteak eggrolls was that thing. Had to try them. They were tasty. Also ordered the 444 sampler. That consisted of 4 ribs (no sauce which I prefer), 4 wings, and 4 slices of brisket (also sauce less). The ribs on that plate were bland and tough to bite through. No good. The wings (garlic Parmesan) was just ok, the brisket wasn't my favorite. So overall the meat I could've done without.
Let's get into those side orders!!! OMG!!! Amazing. We ordered the collard greens, Mac and cheese, and baked beans. Mmm mmm mmm. All were good, so good. I eat collard greens but these were exceptional. The Mac and cheese was good. Now let's get into those mouth watering baked beans. I would go back just for those. They were the best baked beans I have ever had. I want them again and again.

Delicious food great drinks a jewel in the downtown Trenton Area..Highly recommend to dine in or takeout they've never dissapointed.

EXCELLENT service and the food was DEELISH! My cousin and I absolutely % loved the food and drinks and the staff super nice. Definitely will return again to get some DEELISH food everything on the menu looks very appetizing...l recommend this place to anyone who wants a tasty meal and drinks...
