Everything! Kind and very helpful. I have been in several times in the last three years. No matter what I need small or major they have treated me as a valued customer. I would highly recommend CPR cell phone repair!

Made an appointment online for my ps5 that said "the Ethernet port doesn't detect when any Ethernet cable is inserted" so I took it in and then told the man at the desk at around 10 am "yeah it's been having weird internet problems like when I put an Ethernet cable into the port it doesn't detect any cable" and the man told me "wow I've never had that happen before I'll bring it back and get it done by the end of the day" well at 4pm I get a call and he said "yeah we're not having any internet issues everything seems fine we've even been playing some hell divers since that game is so much fun" I reminded him about the Ethernet port and word for word he said "oooooohhhhhh well I'm gonna have to call an expert in the morning" so I wait till this morning and he finally told me "yeah so it'll be a 2 week wait to fix that port" should've just taken my ps5 to Best Buy don't trust this place with your gaming console

I used their iPhone repair service for my XR. my screen was totaled shattered. I was able to make an appointment and get a quote online for free. when I arrived, the man was super nice and professional. my quote was spot on, and I got my phone back within 2 hours. the screen works great now. I highly recommend this place for screen repairs. it was 159 after tax.

Unbelievably, this business gave our 2017 HP computer (with charging cable) away to someone else and then gave us a 2015 Dell computer without a cable and no way to access it.

They said the management changed and there was no way to get our computer back.

Originally, a button needed to be replaced and the hard drive upgraded in size. We had been waiting for a call back about the computer to get an "approval stamp" to be returned to the customer.

I would advise anyone having any problem with their cell phone, to check this place out first! I dropped my phone causing the screen on my iPhone 6 to crack. Being very distraught , I decided to check this place out because it came highly recommend from a friend.
The customer service at this place was truly a pleasant experience. I was greeted right away and I walked out of there half hour later with a great looking phone! Scott was so professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and patiently explained what he could do and how he could do it. Remarkable. This place is also very reasonably priced, so from beginning to end, the process of getting my phone fixed was painless. I highly recommend this place!!

I had screen and camera replaced. Excellent customer service! Very quick and reasonably priced. He even gave me a free screen protector to help with my screen.

Have taken several of the family phones here. Always happy with the service. They are very honest; if they can't fix it, they won't try to cheat you by charging you for an unnecessary service or part.

I had the front face of my iPhone replaced once; just a few hours and done. I've gone to them twice & had my battery changed (I'm killer on them).

My brother's iPhone kept blacking out on him. They couldn't fix it, didn't charge him for anything, but gave him a helpful hint (he didn't know about the hard reset). That got him through until he got a new phone.

My husband's kept "forgetting" it had a SIM card. They were very helpful with him & when everything they tried didn't work, he got another phone and case through them for a very good price.

The latest, our poor old IPad gave up the ghost. Instead of having me bring it in, they were honest that parts would be 99% impossible to get and more expensive than what it was worth. Sadly, they didn't have any available for me to buy. But when I asked who else was a reliable seller, they quickly gave me suggestions. The new iPad got here today :-)

Very very very happy with Digital Doc and will continue to use them whenever I have technological difficulties in the future.

Took my mother-in-laws iPhone 7plus in as it was locked up due to some type of error. Of course, AT&T could not fix a phone that is only 6 months old they sold her. The technician was very friendly and told us what our options were. While I was waiting for him to repair her phone I listened and watched them with other customers that came in and they were quite remarkable. Service was outstanding. I would highly recommend them!
