It's a simple and affordable gym. Large open area in the back for classes and you can also use it for personal workouts if there's no class going on. Super clean gym! It's not a 24/7 gym but I'd say they have reasonable hours on the weekends. Staff have lives too. They're only open for 24hours on Monday-Thursday, I believe. My favorite is the dry sauna. It relaxes me so much after a tough workout. There's no shortage of treadmills and ellipticals so that's a plus if you're into cardio. I'm not.
It can get pretty busy during rush hours and the friends and family open house days, but I like to go late at night to avoid people. That's when there's little to no people so I can get my workouts in.
So I can eat food with no guilt later.

The Core Information You Need Review

This gym DOES accept the silver sneakers program for disabled and senior citizens. That is a plus.

This gym DOES offer child care, which is a massive plus because many of us United States citizens have children.
And for many of us, this is the only time we get to ourselves.

The only negative I would give the gym is it the equipment is very old.

I love this gym and have been a member here for over a year, but who tf is the DJ? I think we'd all prefer no music over what gets played in here most of the time. I'm here right now and tuned into the radio y'all are playing in between my own music and me and like five other people all seemed to notice the awful music that was blaring over the speakers all at once and collectively turned our music up lmfao

I would give them zero stars if I could. The only way you can cancel is via email. Then after sending multiple emails in the same thread, they say they never received it. Umm, you're responding to my email in this thread??

I like this gym but I think they have some updating to do. Carpet in one of the rooms is disgusting, equipment is average, they also don't believe in having the a/c lower than 74 degrees in the summer. If you're lucky, it'll be 80 degrees in there in the afternoons. Please fix the temperature- pregnant woman over here!

My friend pays for a gym-pass that allows him one guest each visit. When we arrived at the Norman location, we find out that their new COVID-19 policy dishonors the contract my friend pays for. They will not allow him to have a guest. BUT, this is not my main concern. My main concern was the conversation I over heard with the two customers and the manager behind me. The two customers behind me were a mother and her child (the child must have been about 8-10 years old). The mother pays for a gym-pass that allows her one guest. The manager told the mother that she could not bring her child in with her. This is not okay for anyone to tell a mother.

I was in Norman, OK for a business trip and I am a workout addict. I just can't go 7 days without squatting/deadlifting. I'd lose my mind.

I looked up 10gym as it was a short drive from my hotel and they said, "Just come in".

No hassle. They gave me a weekly pass for 20 bucks. That was cheap and I was more than elated. The lady at the front desk thought I was bluffing and tried to sign me up for a regular membership. But I wasn't lying and I was actually out in a week. But thanks for humouring me and letting me work out for a week.

The deadlift area is decent and the squat rack was not bad. My 2 cents is to invest in a good platform for your deadlifters, but for 20 bucks I am not complaining at all.

They also have stairmasters, AMT precors and plenty of cardio equipment. It's also a young gym with a healthy looking clientele, and people actually work out, without gimmicks, except that there was this one middle aged lady with a glittery tank top - you don't see this in your life every day..

15.86 a month after including "fees". Trying to cancel is a nightmare. Gym is ok for a reasonable price. Feels more like a scam at the end though, just go to golds.

I have been a member of 10 Gym for about 2 years and love every minute of it. I use the elliptical to the point of wearing one out. They had it fixed in three days!. I use the machines too. I spend 2.5 hours per day 5 days per week in there, including sauna and shower. I have calculated my cost and it is less than $0.40 per hour for me as a premium member. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend 10 Gym.
