Excellent customer service!!! Order was correct, food tasted great and we were very pleased with the customer service we received! Above and beyond!

Chicken Salad Chick is a fantastic chain; however, this location leaves much to be desired. The employees behind the counter did not seem very engaged when we came in and made our order. After waiting for 30 minutes, we asked about our order and found out it had been lost. Additionally, we had stated that the order needed to be gluten free due to an allergy, but that request was ignored and packaged crackers were included with our order. To top it off, I found a hair in my chicken salad. We were disappointed because we love Chicken Salad Chick and have had great experiences at all the other locations we have visited.

A great place to eat love the chicken salad different varieties. They even have a barbecue, which is my favorite. You must eat here such a good restaurant. Different varieties of chicken salad one of the best places to get chicken salad from.

This was a heavenly experience. The employees were friendly and efficient and knowledgeable.
I'm in awe of all the menu offerings I couldn't decide. I ended up buying 3 kinds.

Great choice for fast food. There are lots of options, each one delicious (and I have tried almost all of them). Dine in or take a batch home for the family. Really can't go wrong. Friendly staff, casual atmosphere, patio dining for nice weather. Always happy to eat here.

Very nice place, and very clean.
I have always done take out but this time I ate in and I am glad I did.
Great place , great food and so many choices of chicken salad.
You get a cute free cookie with your order , and when you get it you may not think it is much food , but it is way to much , all the chicken salad is GF and they offer fruit also.
I just wish they would get GF crackers and GF bread.
That is the only so called bad thing about this place. But that's just to me because I am celiac.

This location is pretty typical of the fast casual chain. If you are not familiar they usually have about 12 different versions of chicken salad (some are seasonal) on their menu as well as pimento cheese and even a turkey sandwich for the not chicken salad fans.

If you are a fan of chicken salad I'm certain you will find a version to your taste. Even if I can't seem to find my favorite Nutty Nana anymore.

I am pretty regular at a couple of the locations close to my office.

On this occasion I brought a co-worker that had never been to any location before. Needless to say she left a raving fan and was very sad there is not currently a location near where she lives and works in Tennessee.

The only negative I can say about this location is parking was very challenging and I can foresee people going elsewhere when in a rush instead of continuing to search for the spot just vacated or parking in the adjacent grocery store lot.

During the lunch time rush also expect that there may not be enough seating (not uncommon with other locations I have visited). We fortunately were lucky enough a table came open just as we were ready to be seated.

This was the second time I have eaten Chicken Salad Chick, but the first time at this location. I would consider this restaurant to be fast food chain, but not the kind of fast food you feel ashamed about after eating it. They have tons light healthy options to fit any diet.

I had the "Classic Carroll" chicken salad sandwich with a side of pimento cheese. The servings were huge and the price was low.

Amazing salad , I was traveling from Orlando to Chicago and bcaz of traffic delay in Atlanta we decide to drive through Alabama... i m glad we did drive through this route as we were in search of Starbucks n i saw chicken salad right next tobit. i m foody n i love to try new restaurants so we went in, read the story of chicken salad ... and i must say it was best chicken salad i ever had ... i will definitely request them to open one branch in chicago too n i will visit them regularly.... lovely salad place n healthy choice if you are driving though this route you must stop by n have a quick bite ... this place definitely deserve 5 Stars .... love it

This place is absolutely adorable! It reminds of a summer tea party with friends. Seriously, this place screams southern hospitality. Judging by the line out the door, this place is popular.

I was super skeptical about this place because I don't eat meat, but I was dragged here by my sister. The menu has over ten varieties of chicken salads. My sister order the trio which allows you to try three different kinds of chicken salads. She loved the Buffalo Barclay and Fruity Fran.

I ordered the pimiento cheese sandwich on a croissant roll with chips and a cookie. The sandwich was nice and creamy, and the croissant was perfectly flaky. I would proudly prance my vegetarian a$$ up in here any day for this cheese sandwich.
